Richard Caruthers Little (born November 26, 1938) is a Canadian-American impressionist and voice actor. He is one of the people who has been nicknamed "The Man of a Thousand Voices".

While his acting career started when he was 11 years old, discovered his talent for mimicry while working as an usher at the Elgin Movie Theatre in Ottawa. At 17, he and fellow impressionist Creator/GeoffScott won a talent contest in Ottawa, the first time he had ever been paid for his skills. From there he has enjoyed a rich career in comedy across television and movies, with his talent in mimicry allowing to dub over lines for actors who were unavailable or in ailing health.
