He has produced every film of the MCU and is often credited for the MCU's successes, to the extent of eventually becoming a brand unto himself; starting with ''Series/Hawkeye2021'', each MCU project is now billed as "A Kevin Feige Production" to show fans that he had a hand in guiding the final result. The critical and commercial prospering of the MCU has since spawned many [[FollowTheLeader similar efforts]] from other studios releasing their own major SharedUniverse franchises, including Marvel Studios' [[Franchise/DCExtendedUniverse main rival]]. (Ironically enough, he used to be roommates with DC's Creator/GeoffJohns, who has been involved with the development of several of Creator/DCFilms projects; the two remain good friends.)
