Hekiru Shiina (born March 12, 1974) is a Japanese voice actress and singer who, along with Music/MegumiHayashibara and Creator/MarikoKouda, initiated the third voice actor boom. Shiina is perhaps best remembered for starring as Hikaru Shidou in the ''Manga/MagicKnightRayearth'' series.

While she kind of vanished at the TurnOfTheMillennium, she slowly made her return as a recurring character in the third season of ''Anime/HellGirl'' and later as [[CuteGhostGirl Yuyuko Saigyouji]] in the fangame-lovechild of ''Franchise/TouhouProject'' and ''Franchise/{{Castlevania}} -- VideoGame/KoumajouDensetsu''.
