David Walliams [[UsefulNotes/KnightFever OBE]] (born David Edward Williams[[note]]He took the StageName "Walliams" because there was already a "David Williams" in Equity[[/note]]; 20 August 1971 in Wimbledon, London) is an English comedian, writer, children's author, and actor, known for his partnership with Matt Lucas on the TV sketch show ''Series/LittleBritain''. He's also known for taking part in a number of athletic challenges for Sport Relief, including swimming the English Channel and swimming the length of the River Thames.
