* SnapBack: Renee Montoya returned to being the Question in ''[[ComicBook/LoisLane2019 Lois Lane]]'' just prior to ''Infinite Frontier'', a move that was itself a SnapBack and one that involved her turning in her badge. Here, she's back to being a detective (and soon after, the GCPD Commissioner) with no reason given for her return. Additionally, she's developed (seemingly from nowhere) a dislike of vigilantes despite having been a loyal ally to them, having been one herself, and even having dated one as recently as ''DC Rebirth''.

* FeelingTheirAge: A major part of the stuff with Superman and Batman going forward from this is DC giving up the ghost of the idea of them being in their 30s at most, instead acknowledging that they're in the 40s at the ''least'' and them dealing with their age now.
