In OVA, ''Summer Diaries/Special Edition'', Rei and the other Senshi/Spirit detectives are throwing a party for Ryuuhi and Koori. During the last parts, Rei senses a disturbances along with Hiei and Hotaru. In the chapter Arcadian Cross, she along with Japan's other heroes stop Zagato Laharl from consuming their world. Before his fall though, it is revealed to the heroes a destined event that will shape the rest of their lives forever.

Following the Arcadian Cross attack, in SD: Special Edition chapter 19, Usagi and Rei go through a FreakyFridayFlip after an accident. This body switch allows them time to better understand each other's livelihoods: Rei, in Usagi's body, learning to be a house wife and Usagi, in Rei's body, adjusting to a shrine maiden's life. After a battle with an insect Youma, the girls are returned to their normal bodies.

In Season 1, assists Yusuke, Kuwabara, and Kurama against Pharaohmon's minions. In the Shadow Tournament, he faces Mizuno, a half digimon, half humanoid warrior, in a match. In Season 2, he engaged Sailor Mars in a heated battle, an important catalyst in their relationship; he and Rei Hino unite the Detectives and the Senshi against alien invaders called the Rajita. He also develops a link with the Houou - a cosmic phoenix that inhabits [[spoiler:Rei]]. In The Movie, he helps stop the Taiyoukai lords and the Hiei/Rei Hino CrossoverShip becomes official after Rei uses her [[spoiler:Houou]] powers to heal him and the [[IntimateHealing healing session]] gets a little [[IncrediblyLamePun heated]], leaving Rei pregnant with half-demon twins - a son named Ryuuhi and a daughter named Koori. The twins' Koorime heritage was obvious at birth, leading Yukina (and also Kuwabara, who was still clueless) to discover that Hiei was her brother.

During the events of Battle City, she stayed behind in Egypt while Ishizu went to Domino City, but when Dartz used the power of the Orichalcos to manifest Duel Monster Spirits in Domino City, she and her brothers flew to Japan to investigate. She and her brothers eventually found their way to the mountain shrine owned by Genkai, where Yusuke Urameshi was training for the Dark Tournament. In her previous incarnation, she was able to seal the evil digimon, known as Pharaohmon, away for a long time. After the battle, the Digital Priestess is reborn into her current form Cammy Hino (Sailor Mars's little sister) with no memory what transpired in the Digital World.

Cammy is the second child to Rei's father and his current wife. She lived in America where Pharaohmon sends his minions to silence her.

In Season 2 (''Invasion of the Rajita''), in response to the Rajita alien incursion, she gains a new Senshi form - the Valkyrie level. In this season, she trains Takato Matsuda - who gains the power of Suzaku from a Beast card - to better utilize his pyrokinesis. Following a disagreement with Hiei, she and the demon fight in a CrowningMomentofAwesome, ending with Mars triumphant. This fight would be the catalyst that develops their relationship. After witnessing her sister being killed by Rajita leader Ghidorah, Mars unlocks the mysterious 'phoenix' power, does a FaceHeelTurn, and turns into [[spoiler: Yami Houou (Dark Phoenix, an {{Expy}} for the Marvel version)]] to kill Ghidorah, replacing him as the last villain. As Sailor Moon tries to save Mars, Takato deals a fatal blow into Rei and stops [[spoiler: the Yami Houou]]. The [[spoiler: good Houou]] revives Mars and Cammy.

Leader of the destined Valkyrie Maidens and reincarnated from Brunhilde. Her childhood is quite crazy.

As a child, Kotori has dealt with abuse from her mother after her father died in a line of police duty. At school, Kotori is feared by bullies as she takes no hesitation in beating them up. However, one bully named Hamada pushes her down the stairs that led to a coma and died later. In the Underworld Saga, she forms a friendship with Seadramon (formerly the Dark Master [=MetalSeadramon=]) and gets acquainted with Himura and Inumon to fight Basilikmon. However, Basilikmon kills Kotori yet again.

In Wrath of Pharaohmon (Season 1), her spirit appears in Himura's dreams to guide him, while in Season 2 (Invasion of the Rajita) she is temporary brought back to life to become her Valkyrie form in facing the Rajita before returning to the afterlife. At one point, she is forced to fight Seadramon controlled by the Orichalcos, but Kotori eventually saves him.

In Season 3 (Dawn of Chaos), Necromon brought her back to life as one of his unstoppable zombie minions, but later on, her friends save her and finally officially brought her back to life. After the final battles, Kotori decides to start over her civilian life to become a police officer.

In Valkyrie Advent, she and Himura are now working in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Kotori receives visions of the other Valkyries, to which she meets Sasha D'Anjou as the awakened Norn and the yet to be awakened Skuld. Thus, after learning information of the maidens, Kotori leads three groups to find her teammates: Sigrun, Gondul, and Skogul, while facing four Drakes. Upon returning to Japan, Kotori and her allies attempt to protect Sasha, while having her first encounter with her arch-enemy, Mist. Mist is about to strike her down, but Philippe sacrifices himself to save his cousin, making Brunhilde enraged and Skuld is awakened by making the portal to Niflheim. With preparations, Brunhilde and her group venture to Niflheim and the Nine Realms to find Philippe's soul.

The Beast Tamers are so named because, in Season 2, they each gain the power of one of [[TheFourGods The Saint Beasts]], from Duel Monsters cards they won in a Trivia Contest, no less. (But ''not'' the same Saint Beasts from Manga/YuYuHakusho. Those guys were merely "posers", as one of the real Saint Beasts put it.) In Season 1, the Beast Tamers and the Victory Tamers were just "the Tamers".

When Himura was younger, before the events of Season 1, he was in a car crash that killed his parents and sent him into a coma. While in the coma, he is transported into the Digital Underworld, where he is attacked by a wild digimon and loses an eye. He is saved by Kotori, a tomboyish girl who ended up in the Underworld after being pushed down some stairs, and her partner Seadramon, who was once the [=MetalSeadramon=] of the [[Anime/DigimonAdventure Dark Masters]]. He also meets Inumon, a servant of Anubimon, the ruler of the Underwold, who later becomes his partner. They fight Basilikmon, a digimon who is trying to usurp Anubimon's throne, but before they can defeat him, Kotori is killed. After the battle, Himura is sent back to the real world and wakes up from his coma, only to find Inumon waiting for him. He lives with his grandparents and his younger sister, Yui. He and Inumon meet the Tamers during the Pharaohmon incident. Later, he gains the power of [[TheFourGods Byakko]], giving him ferrokinesis (magnetic powers) and the ability to transform into Himakko.

Inumon is basically an {{Expy}} of [[Manga/InuYasha Inuyasha and Miroku]]. He has all the brashness of Inuyasha, and all the lecherousness of Miroku, the latter of which is usually directed towards Renamon. He can digivolve into [=HellInumon (Champion), InfernoInumon (Ultimate), and YoukaiInumon (Mega)=]. In Season 3, Himmako and Inumon Bio-Merge to form [=AuroraInumon=] ({{OC}})[[note]]created by [=LazerWulf=][[/note]]. [[spoiler:It is revealed that Inumon was infected by the X-Virus that his collar was meant to suppress it. Destroyed however in Chapter 52 of Dawn of Chaos, Inumon dark digivolve into [=DexInumon=].
