It's not the victory itself that brings people close, but the connection established through the act of playing together, which leads him to making allies with people he lost to as well (like Dudi Nishaw, or the unnamed alien in the beginning of the second season). Even in the fateful duel against [[spoiler: Zwijo]], Yudias manages to bring [[spoiler:him]] to his side before the duel is over, and the conclusion feels more like a formality. Noticeably, he falls victim to this as well, since the first episode ends with him in service of the Odou twins despite him actually winning the duel.

* LivingMacGuffin: The plot [=MacGuffin=], the Earthdamar came from inside of him and [[spoiler: he is the one that suffers from its use, his soul even being drawn into Zwijo's monster.]]

Also, while both Odou siblings have technologically-inspired deck, that's where the connection ends, while the Ryugus have mirroring decks, with monsters of the same type but opposite attributes and strategies revolving around the graveyard, one aiming to fill it with monsters, the other to keep it empty.

* TheCreon: He is utterly loyal to The☆Luge, and after learning that [[spoiler: The☆Luge embodies negative energy and is causing the universe to freeze]] he looks for a way to help him realize that as well instead of taking any direct action against him [[spoiler: although that's also partially because he fears that being too direct would depress The☆Luge and cause more damage. However, he stays in The☆Luge's service even after the crisis is resolved. In Season 2, it's revealed to be a ruse as Zaion betrays The☆Luge in order to make a profit for his space furniture company. Zaion then turns The☆Luge into a massage chair. It's then revealed that Zaion was manipulated and controlled by Kuaidul to do his bidding when he swallowed a gear.]]

* LogicalWeakness: He can move through shadows like Sabyuas which would allow him to move through the gaps between the many curry breads on Valvelgear to get the one that he specifically wants. This doesn't do him any good due to a lack of space to materialize around it.

* StealthExpert: He managed to stay hidden on Valvelgear ever since they left Earth to find Yuamu and a way to bring back the Velgearians without anyone noticing including CPT which he claims to be due to being a "society avoider".

* AllYourPowerCombined: He has access to the cards of the other Darkmen which he claims to be due to his status as a top executive.

A top executive of the Darkmen who is often seen travelling in a floating bubble. He plays a DARK Dark Matter deck which involves using a combination of his fellow Darkmen spell cards such as Dark Matter Ocean and Dark Matter King Circle in order to power up Dark Matter Enigmata.
