Tier V Premium Pan-American Battleship. ''Rio de Janeiro'' was ordered by Brazil in Britain in 1911, but worsened finacial circumstances and warming in relations with Argentina led to her being sold to Ottoman Empire while still under construction, after which she recieved the name ''Sultan Osman I''. After the outbreak of WWI she was seized by Britain, an act that [[SmallRoleBigImpact in part influenced]] Ottoman Empire's decision to join Central Powers. The ship was renamed HMS ''Agincourt'', and fought in the Battle of Jutland, before being scrapped in 1922.

Pan-America, much like Pan-Asia before it, is a "nation" that covers all lesser naval powers in the region, and as such features ships with vastly different origins and gameplay. The line's defining feature is access to Combat Instructions - a buff that activates when certain conditions have been met. In this line's case the requirement is landing enough shells at the enemy, and the reward is quicker recharge of all consumables. The tech tree favors highly aggressive playstyle on mid-range, as its ships lack HE shells, thus lacking the ability to set enemies on fire, and are quite fragile by themselves. With Combat Instructions active, however, their survivability increases dramatically, thanks to shorter recharge time of their Damage Control Party and improved Repair Party.

!Hercules
Tier I Pan-American Cruiser. ''Hercules'' was a Canada-built ''River''-class frigate, acquired by the US Navy and commissioned as ''USS Asheville''. She served in anti-submarine patrols, and later was sold to Argentina, where she was renamed ''Hercules'', and served until 1973.
* StarterEquipment: As a first-Tier ship, she's avilable for free for any new player.
!Almirante Barroso
Tier II Pan-American Cruiser. ''Almirante Barroso'' was a protected cruiser built in Britain for the Brazilian Navy in 1895-1896. She was meant to be the first in a series of three, but her sisterships ended up being bought by US instead, as ''New Orleans''-class. The ship served in the Brazilian Navy until 1931.
!Vicente Guerrero
Tier III Pan-American Cruiser. She is the Spanish cruiser ''Navarra'', which was in service in 1923-1956. In the game's AlternateHistory she was bought by Mexico in the first half of 1930s, much like several patrol gunboats in real life.
* AlternateHistory: Real-life ''Navarra'' served in the Spanish Navy until 1956. Here, she was bought by Mexico sometime in the first half of 1930s.
!Còrdoba
Tier IV Pan-American Cruiser. She is a British ''Danae''-class light cruiser, which in the game's AlternateHistory was transferred to Colombia. By 1930s these ships, built in 1916-1922, were already obsolete, and could be given away to an allied country, much like in real life New Zealand got two in 1925.
* AlternateHistory: In real life, ''Danae''-class cruisers were not given to Colombia.
!La Argentina
Tier V Pan-American Cruiser. ''La Argentina'' was a British-built light cruiser, that served in Argentinian Navy in 1939-1972. She was based on ''Arethusa''-class, but had an enlarged hull, that allowed to mount triple gun turrets.
!Almirante Cochrane
Tier VI Pan-American Cruiser. A smaller version of the fifth group of ''Condottieri''-class cruisers, in the game's AlternateHistory this ship was purchased in Italy by Chile.
* AlternateHistory: Not only this ship never belonged to Chile, it never even existed. The in-game version is specifically a smaller version of ''Luigi di Savoia Duca degli Abruzzi'', the one of two ''Condottieri''-class ships that got ten guns instead of eight, among other improvements. Historically, a transfer of any older ship would make more sense, but this version still has most of improvements, except size and amount of guns.
!Coronel Bolognesi
Tier VII Pan-American Cruiser. ''Coronel Bolognesi'' was a ''Fiji''-class cruiser ''Ceylon'', built in 1939-1943 for the British Navy. She participated in the war, and in 1960 was transferred to Peru, where she served until 1985.
!Ignacio Allende
Tier VIII Pan-American Cruiser. A preliminary version of American ''Worchester''-class, smaller than the real ship, and possessing only 8 guns instead of 12. In in the game's AlternateHistory she was given to Mexico, much like ''Tacoma''-class frigates in real life.
* AlternateHistory: Starting at this point, the line contains only preliminary versions of ''Worchester'', which were given to other Navies. Needless to say, it never happened in real life, given that even actual ''Worchester''-class ships were never given to anyone. They are also given torpedo launchers - something that ''Worchester''-class never had.
!Santander
Tier IX Pan-American Cruiser. Another variation of ''Worchester'', she represents a version with more classic layout, with three triple turrets, that was rejected because developement of said triple mounts would have taken too long. This version was given to Colombia in the game's AlternateHistory.
!San Martin
Tier X Pan-American Cruiser. An enlarged version of ''Worchester'', with stronger power plant and two double and two triple turrets. In AlternateHistory she was completed in 1949 (a year later than the real thing), and was given to Argentina sometime down the line.

!Nueve de Julio
Tier VII Premium Pan-American Cruiser. Formerly USN ''Brooklyn''-class light cruiser USS ''Boise'', built in 1934-1938, she was transferred to the Argentine Navy in 1951, before being sold back to the US in 1981, whereupon the US sent her to Japan to be scrapped. She was used as a clandestine detention center (read: prison ship) at one point in Argentine service.
* HealThyself: Comes with a "super heal" at a tier where most cruisers do not have any ability to heal whatsoever.
* PaletteSwap: She is identical to USS Boise (which is literally the same ship) with the exception of the navy they serve and minor cosmetic differences.

* MoreDakka: She has ''seven'' dual 305mm mounts, for a total of fourteen guns. There are few ships in the game able to match this amount in sheer numbers.
