* AdaptationalWimp: Byrna's Post-Crisis iteration is a joke compared to their original self. They were originally something like an evil more secretive Iron Man with multiple suits, experimental weapons and remote controled robots while their Post-Crisis self is killed offhand without ever posing a threat in their fist appearance.

* BladeOnAStick: Possesses a magic lance that can kill with a touch.

* MadeOfEvil: {{Defied|Trope}}, as Wonder Woman made use of {{time travel}} to alter Devastation's creation. She ''can'' choose to be good now, even if she usually doesn't.

* KickTheSonOfABitch: His execution of one of The Morrigan is this during ''Odyssey''.

* KickTheSonOfABitch: She tortured and crippled the supervillain Dwarfstar after he killed her boyfriend.

* CaptainEthnic: A giant, superpowered samurai who [[WearingAFlagOnYourHead wears the Rising Sun Flag on the breastplate of his samurai armour]].

* HypnoticeEyes: Sumo exerted his MindConrol by sttaring into the eyes of his target.

* WhipItGood: Wields a fire whip as her primary weapon.

* YouGotSpunk: She takes a liking to little Suzie in ''The Legend of Wonder Woman'' when the kid mouths off and calls her a mean old lady even though Atomia could kill her. This quickly vanishes as Atomia's plans fall apart and Suzie proves to be a hindrance.

* GreenEyedMonster: Her motivation for loathing Wonder Woman is essentially this--Wonder Woman is an immortal superpowerful princess who can talk to animals while Veronica had to work her way up from being white trash.

* JoinOrDie: Julianna personally makes this offer to small groups of the men once under her husband's direction, starting with those who switched loyalties to Paulie right after her husband's murder. Those who react indignantly are swiftly stabbed through the chest.

* NinjaPirateZombieRobot: The "modern" Chang "Egg Fu" Tzu can not be described without using the terms "giant egg", "cyborg", "mutant", and "no sense of humor."

* PrehensileHair: The sixties incarnations of Egg Fu the First and Egg Fu the Fifth both had prehensile mustaches. This was referenced in ''Wonder Woman'' #600 where some of Chang Tzu's tentacles are fixed to his face in the same place.
