While his lower half remains on wheels, his upper half was rebuilt to exactly as before, along with other upgrades like [[SuddenlyVoiced the ability to speak]]. This came with the downside of Preston being programmed to serve as Rhett's minion however, making him as evil as ever. The way he designs his machinations suggests some comedic ego about it however, such as stealing credit for Wallace's Knit-O-Matic and his source for profit, "Preston's Dog Food", complete with a vanity mugshot of himself on the label of each can.
