* DropTheHammer: Her Great Hammer is a large mace variety of this, although due to the need to focus on her Strength to make it useful and the questionably slow speed at which she wields it when compared to the rest of her weapons makes it largely not worth bothering with outside of a said build.

* PandaingToTheAudience: A spirit shaped like one, he's got a cannon-shaped WaveMotionGun strapped to his back and was apparently employed as Wyatt's ship's main gun.

* AsskickingEqualsAuthority: Treu was a rookie monk is his teens prior to [[spoiler: receiving the soul infusion that made him the Golden Child.]] Immediately afterwards he was appointed the High Commander of the Alagathian military.

* AmbiguousDisorder: He tends to be rather spacey, and the reason why he didn't join Honest Davison and Reize into the Guardian Temple was because he would have to walk through the crowd of people in Ishk first, suggesting he has a dislike of crowds.

* KnifeNut: His golden weapon is the Golden Kris, which gives him an extra skill cancel and allows him to store charges by dodging attacks

* KnifeNut: Most of his attacks involve throwing enchanted daggers.

* SimpleStaff: Her Monk's Staff essentially works as an overall upgrade to her normal unarmed fighting style, as the attacks have similar animations and she plays similarly, but with a greatly increased range and the ability to block any and all attacks and spells by default. The main gameplay differences between it and her unarmed style is that it's somewhat slower by default and has shorter combos, it doesn't make use of her guardbreaking kicks and using a heavy attack on the ground creates a multihitting tornado with an element determined by her current upper spell slot that costs MP to use.

* NotSoDifferent: [[spoiler: When defeated, he argues it's hypocritical to despise angels for taking souls when the player has been doing the same thing for powerups the entire game. The characters have different responses, ranging from [[ShutUpHannibal defiant]] to [[IDidWhatIHadToDo resigned]]. Except Glida, who bypasses the whole conversation by [[ItAmusedMe not even pretending to be moral.]]]]

* BarefistedMonk: As befitting of her backstory. Instead of a starting weapon, she gets an accessory that allows her to use elemental enhancements while barehanded. As described below, she attacks faster than Wyatt and can combo enemies a lot more effectively by default, but she lacks range on most of her attacks until she gets a weapon.
