Golden Joe is a friend to Fitz, he is a loudmouthed (literally; all he does is shout) rapping wizard who has the ability to "come and go" as he pleases through teleportation. His voice is distorted by a reverb effect and he has a single gold tooth which has a dollar sign on it. According to the things he says and the way he talks, he is assumed to be a rapper who produces songs. He often risks irritating people who are close to him, especially Roostre in particular, because of his long and verbose sentences. Shark refers to him as "All disappeary and shit." Joe places a lot of importance on the ability to rhyme. He mostly hangs out with his friend Peanut Cop. By his own account, he is an excellent driver.

* TheSpeechless: The Clock doesn't have a voice; it only makes ticking sounds.

The clock is a wall clock that can slide around on the wall and teleport. It appears to command Shark and Rectangular Businessman and can release "time gas" and "anti-language gas" that affect people's minds. While Shark and Rectangular Businessman converse with the Clock as if it were their equal or superior, the Clock itself does not speak. It only makes a constant ticking sound. The Clock hands are stopped; characters state that the time is stopped at 2:22. [[spoiler: In the Season 2 Finale, the clock finally changes its time to 2:23.]]

* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: He is called Clock because he is a Clock.

* RightOnTheTick: It is a frozen Clock that actually ticks.

The 2nd Eye is an exact clone of Eye and he has every feature of the original. When he is first revealed in "Surgery Circus", the giant eyeball appears to be the original eye's friend. Eventually in "Enjoy The Arm", he grows an arm out of his side and grabs a shotgun, which he points at the Eye's so-called "forehead."

* EyeOpen: Like The original Eye, his eye is always opened.
* FlatCharacter: His character is very flat as he is only a clone of The Eye & the only thing about this clone is that he is an evil clone.

The Corn-Droid is a robotic weaponized corndog droid & a hidden Corn-Droid possibly made by Roostre or CJ Muff & it's purpose to destroy pretty much any danger or threat to the city like Roostre's Shack being destroyed (On Roostre's side) or the Hovervacs, it is located inside a Sewer System covered by a garage door & connect to a large set of tubes, next to it's gray garage door it has a red power switch with a certain Five-fingered Hand is on it & also needs the Hand with Roostre to release it, when released steams comes out of it's door as it's tubes come off, the power switch turns green & the robotic droid acts like a weapon & pulls out shotguns that are used to kill any real threat to the city like the Hovervacs for example.

* KillerRobot: Subverted: while it is a killer it mainly kills the entire population Hovervacs in thousands to save Human Citizens from being adducted.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: Its design is more detailed than pretty much any other character.
* RobotWar: though it is a different typed of war, since he is robotic corn-dog & does kill all of the Hovervacs robot populations destroying the city with is weapon usage.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: His fate is currently is unknown, has he disappears after the nineteenth episode, although he is mentioned in the special.

Amalockh is a gigantic, many-armed monster that was summoned by Pronto using the Animal Chain, both of which he quickly devours. He resides in a giant tomb, that features small pillars and turntables on the side. The tombstone lies in the graveyard.

* EldritchAbomination: Whatever thing Amalockh is, he is some type of monster that came out of nowhere living in a gravestone in the Graveyard.
* KnightOfCerebus: His reappearance puts everyone edge and he initiates the destruction of the city towards the end of the series.

* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: It's unknown whatever happened to Amalockh as he is not seen in Episode 20, the webisode and INVICTUS (saved for a flashback).
* YourSizeMayVary: When he first appears in the Graveyard, he's bigger than Pronto. Later on, he's the size of kaijuu and rampages about the city.

Archeus is a pink glowing orb that confronts Fitz in "Prolegomenon." While visually similar to a combination of Muff and the musical notes from "Booger Haze", Archeus is apparently a separate entity.

In "Enter the Sandmouse" a character appears named Lee she wants aid from Mouse and Skillet after her gunfight with them. She talks about people who find the New Angel and "get out". That night she gave Mouse the only thing that could kill her (apparently a large silver bullet), then turned into a she-wolf.

* AmbiguousGender: Despite being a female, she has a shaved beard & her voice sounds a man, her gender remains a mystery.
* CanonDiscontinuity: She has kinda retconned out the series in the special & the third season.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: Her design looks very detailed & she looks like something you would see in WesternAnimation/AquaTeenHungerForce.
* MsFanservice: She has red hair and a sexy gun-toting outfit resembling a Bikini.

Aria is a British scientist who operates a large laboratory with a man known as Professor Wilx, currently living in a new world named the "Lotharganin." Being two top scientists, Aria and Wilx were once recruited by Shyd Industries to work on a confidential project, but are now stuck in a series of simulated universes, trying to reroute their way back to Outer Earth.

Professor Wilx African professor that has long blonde hair that appears in 12 oz. Mouse that appears in the third season of the show.
He works in a mysterious laboratory with Aria & live in a new world called Lotharganin & they are two top scientists from the Outer Earth who worked with Shyd Industries.

* AmazingTechnicolorWildlife: Similar to her husband she is a colored mouse, she is colored pink.

* NoNameGiven: Unlike her husband Fitz, She is never referred by name, she is always called Fitz's Wife or Woman Mouse by fans.

* TalkingAnimal: Like her husband, She is a pink female anthromorphic mouse that has the ability to talk like a human being.

This unnamed Baby Mouse is Mouse Fitzgerald's female child and daughter. The baby is known as a she, due to Fitz asking a hand of an unknown Doctor, "Is she supposed to be that small?" She is usually seen in Mouse's flashbacks, along with her mother.

* NoNameGiven: Unlike her father who is named Mouse Fitzgerald & like her mother who has no name but is called Fitz's Wife or Woman Mouse by fans, she is only called Baby Mouse by fans, with no name ever mentioned.
* PosthumousCharacter: The Baby Mouse only appears in Fitz's flashbacks, However, she morphs into the character Spider in a flashback in Bowtime creating a Backstory for Spider who appears in some episodes of the series.

* AntiHero: While Not Truly Evil, Remember he is friends with Fitz however he is considered to be an Anti-Hero since worked on the villain side the whole time with Shark & The Rectangular Businessman the time, as Buzby was forced bring Fitz back to Q109 to free Shark & RBM, as part of Shark's plan, Buzby was forced to kidnap Fitz & exchange minds to The Mind-Swapping Chair, with Shark's voice & Mind being swapped with Fitz's voice & Mind, so the villains can open the large door using Fitz's Mind to escape Q109 to the real world, however, despite this he is still on the Hero side, Later when the villains escape he joins forces with Fitz & Friends to defeat Shark & RBM at the end of special.
* FunnyAnimal: He is an Animorphic Bumblebee with no legs, he has a stinger however despite being a male.
* InsectGenderBender: He has a stinger.

Pronto is a short, crudely drawn man with no torso, and an agent employed by Shark and Rectangular Businessman. His weapon of choice is a bow and arrows, and he is an expert "archerist," as Shark once called him. It is believed that he is the one responsible for the shootings of several characters, including a special effects expert outside Rhoda's bar and other random people in episode 2 "Signals" and Rhoda in episode 5 "Rememorized".

* AmbiguouslyHuman: It's unknown what Pronto even is, is he a Humanoid?

In the 12 Oz. Mouse Special "INVICTUS", An anamorphic bee who is an exterminator that Fitz hires when he finds Spider in his house back in the real world. Buzby chases Spider out with a chaingun and then saves Fitz from being blown up by Shark. It is later revealed through that Buzby was working with Shark all along, wanting to bring Fitz back to the alternate dimension to free Shark and Rectangular Businessman.

* ActorAllusion: He resembles his voice actor Dana Snyder due to his glasses & hair and he voiced Master Shake on WesternAnimation/AquaTeenHungerForce. His appearance & voice in the special is like hearing Master Shake interacting with the characters in an episode of 12 Oz. Mouse.

Man-Woman is a woman that can change her gender and emit a loud air horn sound. She has the unusual ability to transform into a man after shouting the command "Man power, go!", and can transform back into a woman by saying "Woman power on!". Man-Woman is also the owner of a diner.

* OutOfFocus: She was absent in most of Season 2 due to being killed in an explosion in "Surgery Circus", she did make a return in "Meaty Dreamy" in a flashback & the special "INVICTUS" however.

* TheSmurfettePrinciple: In the first few episodes, until the appearance of the Green-Sweatered woman averts this.
* TheyKilledKennyAgain: She died once in "Surgery Circus" when she entered a building saying "Cookies", after this, she was absent for the rest of Season 2 (Aside from a returning appearance in "Meaty Dreamy" in a flashback).

Peanut Cop, also referred to as "Peanut" (and simply "The Cop" in episode summaries) is a blue peanut-shaped policeman who may be the only officer working at a Jail located in The City. He often fails to do his job, since he is constantly drunk or stoned. His state of mind prevents him from reacting appropriately to crimes that occur right in front of him. He mostly hang-outs with his friend Golden Joe. Sometimes he begins to laugh uncontrollably, and anyone around him begins to laugh as well, According to the Rectangular Businessman he is "the highest marksman in the class," and "could probably hit a mite from 1000 yards in high wind". Despite this claim, Peanut Cop is usually unable to hit anything unless he is within a few inches of his intended target, he gives up his police job and becomes a fireman in Season 2.

* AscendedExtra: The Cop originally a recurring character later he makes a lot of additional appearances in Season 2, the webisode & the special "INVICTUS" as he becomes one of the Main Characters since he is in Fitz's Gang.

* TheFool: Even by the standards of who's completely wasted, he displays terrible judgment and is easily manipulated.

* NewJobAsThePlotDemands: Eventually he gives up his Policeman job to become a Fireman in the Season 2 episode "Auraphull", remaining so until the finale of Season 2.

* PoliceAreUseless: He fails to do his job all the time, often joining in on characters' illegal antics.

Liquor is an anthropomorphic match that runs the Liquor store where Fitz frequently stops. His temperament can best be described as resigned. He seems to be Fitz's alley and is defiant to anyone of authority, such as Shark and Rectangular Businessman. Liquor seems to know about the secret nature of the world. Liquor owns a Liquor store that gets cover by blood in the inside of Mosquitor's letter from episode 4 "Spider".

* AscendedExtra: In Season 1, he was a recurring character, In Season 2 he has a much larger role, as Liquor is a very important character in the season as a part of Mouse's Gang.
* DemotedToExtra: In the 12 Oz. Mouse Special "INVICTUS" he doesn't join Mouse's gang at all & is only a background character this time, as he only makes a small cameo in a giant jar.

* SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: His Role is similar to Rhoda, due to the both of them having jobs selling Alcoholic Beverages. [[spoiler: After the death of Rhoda by the hands of The RBM]], Liquor fully replaces him and his role as the main Bartender to assist Fitz.
* TheBartender: Similar To Rhoda, Liquor is the Bartender of his Liquor Store.
* TheBusCameBack: Liquor makes a small cameo trapped in a giant jar along with a fully revived Rhoda and The Bug in the 12 Oz. Mouse Special "INVICTUS".

* ArtEvolution: Shark's design gets a subtle change in "INVICTUS”. Rather than being a direct rip of the “Old Kentucky Shark” clip art (purported to originate from ''Sealab 2020'' and most well known for appearing in an episode of ''Space Ghost Coast to Coast'' prior to being repurposed for ''OzMo''), he’s fully animated like everyone else, granting him a fuller range of movement. (Doesn't fix his mobility issues, though!)

* BadBoss: Shark started to became this starting with the fifth episode "Rememorized" where he showed a threat to his employee Mouse on a Television, Shark revealed the threat to be Pronto, a deadly archer.
* ADogNamedDog: Like Mouse, there’s not much ambiguity about what he’s got goin’ on.

* ImmuneToBullets: In the first episode "Hired" he was immune to Fitz's Bullets from his gun, [[spoiler: Later subverted in "Farewell" where he was killed by the bullets of Mouse, Skillet & Cyber Green-Sweatered Woman]].

Mouse Fitzgerald, nicknamed Fitz, and also known as Butch, is the main protagonist of 12 Oz. Mouse. He is a green mouse who displays sociopathic, alcoholic, amnesiac, and anthropomorphic behavior very often. He usually relies on comedic responses or a roundabout figure of speech instead of straight answers. Most of the first season involves him and his best (and only) friend Skillet causing havoc in the town, while in the second season focuses on the dual's struggle against Shark and Rectangular Businessman, the former originally being his work boss. He drives a yellow jet with "TAXI" written on both sides. He was employed by Shark, but he is very cautious around the latter.

Shark is one of the show’s primary antagonists. Initially seen as the president of an employment company (and possibly of the show's setting), he’s revealed to be involved in a large conspiracy against Fitz, alongside RBM. He’s portrayed as an intimidating, yet soft-spoken creature who has a short tolerance for those around him. While he constantly threatens with violence, he actually prefers to use indirect means of assault (ex. hiring Pronto to assassinate Fitz) but does not hesitate to get involved personally once aggravated enough. He has a strong desire to remain in power, regardless of whatever situation occurs.

* ArtEvolution: Shark's design gets a subtle change in "INVICTUS”. Her actual name is unknown, only being referred to as the Green-Sweatered Woman (and in her cyborg form, Cyber Green-Sweatered Woman). She appears as a blonde-haired woman wearing a green blouse, shoes and a pink skirt. She speaks in an annoying, repetitive manner, often telling other characters what they're not allowed to do. This has resulted in her getting shot on at least two occasions. Later after being ripped in half, she is revived as a cyborg by Fitz and Skillet in order to be their walking arsenal, carrying many firearms from Roostre's weapons cache. The Shadowy Figure is a dark, looming human-type being that is seen multiple times throughout the series. His voice is unintelligible to the audience, although many of the characters in the show can understand what he is saying. He impales people with darts, and he places them in a white room with a large fan. He is one of the main villains in the series, as he is seen working with the Rectangular Businessman.

Roostre, pronounced "rooster," is a human hillbilly corndog farmer near the town where Fitz lives. He plays the guitar and has a hook for a hand, In the series, Roostre talks about the mysterious "Birmingham/C. J. Muff" who left "Q109" to some characters like Fitz and Spider and He also relates a story of being abducted by an indistinct figure, taken to a white room, being paralyzed by a dart to the neck, and being pushed toward a "giant, spinning fan."

* AnArmAndALeg: Roostre has his hand cut off as part of [[spoiler: a conspiracy by Shark and the Rectangular Businessman to keep him from interfering with their plans.]] He gets a Hook Hand later on, but it doesn't impact his playing guitar.

Spider (Also known as Spider-Boy) is a gigantic, seven-legged arachnid that emits insect-like squeaks, and groans. Similarly to most spiders, he is capable of leaving large webs and shooting. However, unlike most insects, he can skillfully play the piano and strangely weave arrows.

* BigCreepyCrawlies: The Spider is a large giant man-sized Spider with 7 legs.

* AnArmAndALeg: The hand is cut off Roostre as part of [[spoiler: a conspiracy by Shark and the Square Businessman to keep him from interfering with their plans.]]
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: The Hand doesn't appear in "Invictus" at all despite Roostre reappearing in the special & the entirely of the third season, however, it does appear in "Francis, Cheap & Out of Control".

* FlatCharacter: Unlike The Green-Swearted Woman, The Man-Woman's character is kinda flat, there is not that much about her except having the ability to change her gender into a man to a woman & that she owns a Diner, she may play with a Red Ball, drink beer, read books at Shark's Party & she also shown hating the boxes of Pizza, mostly in her appearances she doesn't really do much, though this kinda subverted in the third season, due to her owning the box of worlds.

Producer Man (or sometimes he is called Producer Guy or Talent Scout), is a very sociable, amusing, loud, gregarious person who has a habit of walking around bent over backwards and high-fiving. He is a Producer/Talent Scout living in the town who wants to hire an actor or produce a record.

* NoNameGiven: His name has been revealed only in a few of the official episode summaries from Adult Swim and also his name is never mentioned in the show at all and Producer Man is also referred as "Talent Scout" on other sources and websites on 12 oz. Mouse.

A giant eyeball with legs that speaks in a calm, almost monotone pace who overemphasizes words and syllables that sound like the word "eye", He lives on an island which, he claims is in either Iowa (Eye-owa) or Wyoming (W-eye-oming). He also has the ability to tap dance as this is seen in "Booger Haze" & "Auraphull.", [[spoiler: in Q109, his form is a eyeball of a human being in a simulation.]]

* DemotedToExtra: The Eye as we know him is absent in the special "INVICTUS", his only appearance being in the "real world", where he appears as a small child, though he still has an adult voice. Instead of just being one gigantic eye, he now has a human body, with two eyes.
* EyeOpen: Since he is a Living Eyeball, his eye is always opened, though his ''iris'' is capable of blinking.
* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: Everyone calls him a The Eye because he is a giant eyeball.
* NiceGuy: The eye is one of the nicest characters in the series, he is very friendly to Mouse & Anyone (even Shark & Rectangular Businessman) [[spoiler: Before they betrayed him.]]

The New Guy is a strange red umbrella ghost-like creature with two sets of feet and a taste for lounge music. He lives in a Warehouse, He appears periodically and makes a flapping noise. He also seems to have an obsession with Skillet as his house is covered with pictures of the chinchilla, He once kidnapped Skillet, bound and gagged him and hula hooped in front of him and The New Guy often plays Princess Cruiser by Tongo Hiti on a record player. It seems to mesmerize or otherwise mentally incapacitate those who hear it.
