Mouse Fitzgerald (also called Fitz for short and Butch occasionally) is the main protagonist of 12 oz. Mouse. He is a green mouse who displays sociopathic, alcoholic, amnesiac, and anthropomorphic behavior very often. He usually relies on comedic responses or a roundabout figure of speech instead of straight answers, who does "all things" and obeys no rules. He drives a yellow jet with "TAXI" written on both sides.

The unnamed Baby Mouse is Fitz's female child. The baby is known as a she, due to Fitz asking a doctor "Is she supposed to be that small? She is seen in many of Mouse's flashbacks, along with her mother/Fitz's wife, later the baby morphs into a giant man-sized Spider.

Woman Mouse, also known as Fitz's Wife, is a large pink mouse that is married to Fitz. They had an unnamed baby mouse together. It is unknown how long Fitz has been married to her, or what happened to her after she was shot with a dart by the Shadowy Figure.

* FlatCharacter: Unlike The Green-Swearted Woman, The Man-Woman's character is very flat, there is not that much about her except having the ability to change her gender into a man to a woman & that she owns a Diner, mostly in her appearances she doesn't really do much, she may play with a Red Ball, drink beer, or read books at Shark's Party, she also shown hating the boxes of Pizza, Fitz was buying from his Shrink in the 23-Minute special "INVICTUS".

Spider (Also Known As Spider-Boy) is a giant seven-legged man-sized piano-playing spider makes bug-like noises and weaves a web in Fitz's house, in "Spider". In "Bowtime", it is revealed that she was Fitz's Daughter that was crying in a crib until she morphs into Spider implying this was Spider's true identity, but it's possible that CJ Muff (Who was a Person mentioned by Roostre who escaped Q109) could actually be mouse's baby that shape-shift into a spider by something called Arachnid-Xenomorphintation, it has to do with shapeshifting into a spider, [[spoiler: The Spider is later revealed to be C.J Muff. This was hinted at by the earlier Arachnid Xenomorphintation reference in "Corndog Chronicles", along with Roostre's observation on the Spider in "Booger Haze", saying "I know you."]]

Amalockh is a gigantic, many-armed monster that was summoned by Pronto using the Animal Chain, both of which he quickly devours. He resides in a giant tomb, that features small pillars and turntables on the side. The tombstone lies in the graveyard.

* OneShotCharacter: As she didn't appear in the Special "INVICTUS", we can assume she is only going to appear once in the series, during the webisode, it's unknown if she will appear in Season 3.

Golden Joe is a friend to Fitz, he is loudmouthed (literally; all he does is shout) rapping wizard who has the ability to "come and go" as he pleases through teleportation. His voice is distorted by a reverb effect and he has a single gold tooth which has a dollar sign on it. According to the things he says and the way he talks, he is assumed to be a rapper who produces songs, He often risks irritating people who are close to him, in particular, Roostre, because of his long and verbose sentences, Shark refers to him as "All disappeary and shit." Joe places a lot of importance on the ability to rhyme. He mostly hang-outs with his friend Peanut Cop, By his own account, he is an excellent driver.

The Green-Sweatered Woman is an annoying woman that lives in the city, This character's actual name is unknown only referred to Green Sweatered Woman (Later Cyber Green-Sweatered Woman when she becomes a terminator). She appears as a blonde-haired woman wearing a green blouse, shoes and a pink skirt. She speaks in an annoying, repetitive manner, often telling other characters what they're not allowed to do. This has resulted in her getting shot on at least two occasions. Later after getting ripped in half, She is revived as a cyborg by Fitz and Skillet in order to be their walking arsenal, carrying many firearms from Roostre's weapons cache. In cyborg form, [[spoiler: she joins Fitz and Skillet in gunfights and helped to kill Shark.]]

* TheSmurfettePrinciple: In Season 2, In her normal to her Termnatior forms, she was the only female character, to join Fitz's Gang, the same thing happens at the end of the special "INVICTUS".

* MeaningfulName: It makes sense as he is a creepy Shadowy Figure.
* SilentAntagonist: He doesn't speak except he makes a creepy & unintelligible Warbling/Indistinct Computer Voice.

* AscendedExtra: Like Peanut Cop & Golden Joe, he originally started as a recurring character in Season 1 then eventually Roostre became a main character since he made additional appearances in Season 2 with Spider, & the special "INVICTUS" returning to Fitz's Gang.
* AnArmAndALeg: Roostre has his hand cut off as part of [[spoiler: a conspiracy by Shark and the Square Businessman to keep him from interfering with their plans.]] He gets a Hook Hand later on, but it doesn't impact his playing guitar.
* HookHand: He has a hook for his hand, however, his leftover Hand [[spoiler: Was the Hand, but it got separated from him & was replaced by that hook.]]

Pronto he is a short, crudely drawn man with no torso, is an agent employed by Shark and Rectangular Businessman. His weapon of choice is a bow and arrows, and he is an expert "archerist," as Shark once called him. It is believed that he is the one responsible for the shootings of several characters, including a special effects expert outside Rhoda's bar and other random people in episode 2 "Signals" and Rhoda in episode 5 "Rememorized".

* SilentAntagonist: Pronto has never spoken at all in all of his appearances in the series.
