A veteran of all seasons to feature first generation contestants, Duncan returns for the fifth time in his life to the competition; having had to be bailed [[spoiler:(bribed)]] out of maximum security prison by the production crew in order to make his return happen. Prior to being freed he was, rather ironically, serving a sentence of life without parole.

* DisproportionateRetribution: As this fic follows canon up to Ridonculous Race, Duncan is responsible for blowing up Chris' "cottage" (formerly the resort where the losers are sent to). Thanks to Chris bribing the judge during his trial for the destruction of private property, his sentence was ''life without parole''. Prior to ''Pomewin'', he had served 2-3 years of that sentence.

Tyler even has to remind him that Lindsay's breasts are not her eyes.

He even asked his new assistant quite bluntly whether or not the original cast was now over 18, and there's only a few reasons as to why he'd want to know that.
