One that comes from Creator/NorioWakamoto, who usually fits more of a more muscular (or older) bombastic villains or EldritchAbomination (although Wakamoto is no stranger to voicing pretty villains). Averted with his new actor in ''All Stars'', he's still pretty booming and not at all effeminate sounding, but due to simply not reaching Wakamoto levels of deep, it actually gets closer to his look too to a more believable level, no longer creating a dissonance.
