* AuthorAppeal: While the bulk of the 5.0 story is an obvious reflection of both Kiryu Coco and Kyou's interests in the ''VideoGame/{{Yakuza}}'' series, Narumi makes the use of the latter's specific tastes more blatant as she plays up more of them at once, namely fox girls, JapaneseDelinquents, and being a major character in a plot evoking the aforementioned franchise.

Take two with feeling: Moving plenty of the lore characters from the Holo Funk character page here. This is largely a simple copy and paste job; some characters, depending on the severity of the {{Retcon}, may also need to be moved here.

[[folder:Kazuma Kiryu]]
[[VideoGame/{{Yakuza}} The previous Kiryu Clan chairman]]. Following the events of ''VideoGame/YakuzaLikeADragon'', Date informs Kiryu that Coco has uplifted the clan under new management into a thriving yakuza family and has expressed unusual interest in getting him a new identity to manage the newest branch of Pizza Shark, a legitimate business that works with the new Kiryu Clan. Unfortunately, like so many of his bizarre misadventures in the ''Yakuza'' series, the kids he's about to meet are anything ''but'' normal...
----
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: A ''literal'' dragon here, of the same variety as Coco.
* BeethovenWasAnAlienSpy: "Ryoma Sakamoto" was actually a disguised Kiryu living out the events of ''VideoGame/RyuGaGotokuIshin''.
* CanonWelding: The little group Kiryu had formed in ''VideoGame/Yakuza6'' turns out to be the same high-profile yakuza gang Coco leads years later.
* CompositeCharacter: [[VideoGame/RyuGaGotokuIshin Ryoma Sakamoto]] (as the ''Yakuza'' series interprets him) is indeed the same person as Kiryu in this world, rather than being an IdenticalStranger.
* RichesToRags: The plot of ''The Dragon's Pizzeria'' is kicked off when his reserve funds from the past few ''Yakuza'' games begin to run dry.
* SpottingTheThread: As usual, his keen sense of suspicion is second to none and accurately predicts the truth of several matters related to Aloe (the fact that "Hibiki Fukunaga" is a false identity) and Karin (her father lying about where his money comes from) through intuition and heightened perception alone.
* YouHaveGotToBeKiddingMe: Pulls this reaction several times when he realizes Coco is basically strong-arming him back into yakuza business by using them to give him a (legitimate) job opportunity.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Karin Maki]]
A young oni and former heiress to a vast company fortune from her father... [[IHaveNoSon at least until he finally put his foot down]] over her [[RichInDollarsPoorInSense liabilities]].
----
* BothSidesHaveAPoint: On one hand, what ''is'' a broken supercar [[ConspicuousConsumption if you have enough profits to just get a new one with no problem]]? On the other hand, Karin crashed ''four'', and if you do the math, [[RichInDollarsPoorInSense the answer is a lot]], or at least enough to raise some serious eyebrows from your business partners.
* IHaveNoSon: Disowned by her father after she crashed enough super-cars to be considered a serious liability.
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: Most of Karin's sympathetic qualities come from the fact that she's developed this from a lack of opportunity to be honest about herself to others. The moment anyone in the room slinks away, her actual feelings about a given situation come pouring right out.
* ItsAllAboutMe: Is rather uppity in how she describes her experiences and goals, and is easily lured by things that stroke her ego. However, it's at least partially a farce that no one really knows where that starts and ends - see above.
* JerkassHasAPoint:
** Although Karin's father disowning her isn't exactly portrayed in the best light for obvious reasons, he is right to point out Karin's RichInDollarsPoorInSense attitude, and Kenji is visibly irritated just listening to her recount her experiences. Also, "hundreds of millions" of yen in profit only translates to about several million in USD, and damaging not one, but ''four'' supercars in rapid succession beyond repair would almost certainly leave a massive dent in that bottom line.
** On her end, she's right that keeping someone as eldritch as Nyamada around is a ticking time bomb, especially in an environment as stressful as food service. Kiryu, however, shuts her down by pointing out ''everyone'' has to try and mitigate the stress regardless, meaning preventing a repeat of the Splintered, Crawling Chaos Incident is just an added bonus to something they're already trying to do.
* OriginalGeneration: An entirely original character created for the lore, designed after the same kind of oni that Nakiri Ayame is. Lampshaded when Karin declares her new goal is to upstage Ayame in the industry.
* RichInDollarsPoorInSense: Karin has a skewed perception of monetary value and disposability because of her affluent upbringing, which manifests in [[DrivesLikeCrazy rather destructive tendencies]]. Kiryu also implies something suspicious is going on with her father's earnings (namely, that he makes hundreds of millions from "agriculture" and "private security," which aren't exactly the most lucrative trades) which she's too dense to spot.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Chun Lushan/Narumi Midoriyama]]
A fox girl and former member of the Blazing Bears biker gang. After [[VideoGame/{{Pico}} Darnell]] bails her out of a scuffle down in the underworld, she suddenly finds herself working with the succubus again by the strings of fate.
----
* AccidentalPublicConfession: Narrowly averted; Narumi nearly exposes Aloe's identity in front of Kiryu's other hires and doesn't shut up until getting several hints on the matter.
* OnlyFriend: To Aloe, at least until Nene finds her again.
* OriginalGeneration: An entirely original character created for the lore, designed after the same kind of fox spirit that Fubuki is.
* SpottingTheThread: Is able to recognize Aloe even through a thick layer of fake credentials and magical disguises based purely on her voice.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Nyakemi Nyamada]]
A fragment of an EldritchAbomination disguised as a CatGirl. Not actually [[WebVideo/VShojo the person all signs point to them being]], but a defective clone that nonetheless can blend into society unless set on fire.
----
* BlobMonster: Her true form is an entire colony of these that also contain powerful hallucinogens.
* ClonesArePeopleToo: Described as one and is sufficiently different from the real Nyanners, presenting as a ShrinkingViolet who possesses none of the original's unsavory traits.
* CloneDegeneration: Compared to the real Nyanners, she reeks of worcestershire sauce, has unkempt hair, and has a lazy eye.
* DisasterDominoes: Manages to weasel her way into the Pizza Shark branch as an employee, but is forced to drop her disguise when she catches fire. The result is a wild goose chase of {{Blob Monster}}s that for the most part just put Karin and Narumi into an acid trip [[MakesJustAsMuchSenseInContext that involves Shrek for some reason]], until one ''also'' decides [[KickTheDog to trigger Aloe's PTSD]].
* LOL69: Explicitly identified in author's notes as the 69th Nyanners clone running around in the world. A bit ironic, considering Nyamada has absolutely nothing to do with [=VShojo's=] more debaucherous sides.
* MythologyGag: [[VideoGame/Yakuza0 Not the first foreigner that gets into a pickle after someone else mistook "visa" for "pizza."]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Amatsuka Uto]]
Another angel signed onto the same Pizza Shark branch as Aloe. The two get along quickly thanks to a crisis.
----
* NumberOneDime: A BB shotgun with the words "MY BABY" written on the side.
* CanonWelding: A third-party VirtualYouTuber who grew up in the same school as Kenji and Kanata, essentially binding three continuities together with one degree of separation.
* GenocideSurvivor: Survived the events of ''[[VideoGame/{{Pico}} Pico's School]]'', though this is downplayed since Uto was still in middle school when it happened and thus didn't have to experience much of the carnage. The memories still seep through at times, though.
* GunNut: Obsessed with guns to the point where her first model weapon is her NumberOneDime that she takes wherever she goes, which comes in handy when you need to shock a BlobMonster into spitting out its victims.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Dancho Tsume]]
An overly-formal man with a FaceOfAThug, hired onto the Pizza Shark branch's night shift. He's introduced trying to show Nyamada the ropes, only to run into... [[DisasterDominoes problems]].
----
* CanonWelding: Though another third-party VirtualYouTuber, Tsume here is another victim of the Dearests. This time, his downfall is because the Dearests snuck TheMole into the ranks of an illegal casino he ran and then ratted it out to the police.
* FaceOfAThug: He has an intimidating aura and an outfit that reminds Aloe of Mr. Kurayami, and initially attempts to cover up the Splintered, Crawling Chaos Incident, but fully admits all wrongdoing and tries to help out in the end. It's also stated that he spent some time in prison because he wanted to be the fall guy for the casino he ran after the police raided it.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Other ''FNF'' mod characters]]
One of Hana's former bandmates. Initially presumed dead after the incident that condemned Tabi and AGOTI to their canon fates, he somehow winds up back in civilization, working the night shift at Kiryu's Pizza Shark branch.
----
* CompositeCharacter: Takes traits from both Whitty and Julian T. Whitmore as he's first mentioned eating almost all of the snacks Ryuji brought to the Pizza Shark building, bringing to mind the premise of "Hungry" from the ''Definitive Edition''. Additionally, his full name is closer to Julian's, but goes by "Whitty" as a nickname, and is implied to be an altered human of some sort.

Hana's friend, largely unchanged from the original.
----
* MythologyGag: Kenji calls her "C-Roll," after the song "Carol Roll" from her mod.

Another former bandmate of Hana. Unfortunately, it seems not even the boundaries of a new world are safe from the chains of fate...
----
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: An angel, to mirror Kenji being one as well.
* ForegoneConclusion: The band's gone and the Dearests were using him, so it's fairly safe to assume he was unable to avoid the events of his mod in this world.
* InSpiteOfANail: A new world, an AdaptationalSpeciesChange that would make Tabi hardier than his original self, both of which could potentially change the events of his mod - nope, he's still screwed to some extent.
* UncertainDoom: Non-lethal example; it's heavily implied Tabi's original mod plays out again to some extent in this universe, but the exact specifics and their severity aren't elaborated on and it's been stated he may not even have his iconic cursed goat skull.

The last of Hana's former bandmates. [[ForegoneConclusion You can probably guess why he isn't around]].
----
* ForegoneConclusion: Like Whitty and Tabi, the backstory of his mod has long since transpired since before ''The Dragon's Pizzeria'' and ''[=HoloFunk=]'' itself. While Tabi and Whitty are presumably still somewhere in the world, AGOTI is almost certainly locked in the void from his canon, and there's no telling if he has a way out like in ''ENTITY'''s greater story or even if the other ''ENTITY'' characters are still around to be aware of his situation.
