The Dekn Queen of Love and Hatred, and former Arkn High Priestess of Heart and Salvation, Kry'toha was hand-picked to produce a child with King Gilgamesh. Her unhappiness in their union caused her to seek affection elsewhere; she was seduced by Hash'bor'kanibal, and fell deeply in love with him, eventually defecting to the Dekn. Their union produced a race of powerful Arkn-Dekn hybrids known as the Storn, as well as the first pure-blooded Dekn, Jezzebellus.

* BetrayalByOffspring: Krytoha was unhappy that Jezzebellus had been awarded the position of Princess of the Infernous. When she tried to confront Hash'bor about it, she discovered that he'd had Asmodeus spread lies about her to Jezzebellus, turning her own daughter against her. Jezzebellus ordered Krytoha to be cast into the deepest pit in the Infernous (where, presumably, she remains until the end of time).
* BiTheWay: She is canonically bisexual, and has sought out intimate unions with both males and females.
* DoubleStandardRapeFemaleOnMale: While Gilgamesh is setting up the procreation ritual (a process that, while not physical itself, is clearly analogous to intercourse), Kryatha begins to initiate it without his consent. A guild of four powerful Dekn Lords who control .Reality and Time. Displeased with the Arkn threat on humans (and the destruction of their secondary home, the Nexellium) they set themselves apart from the rest of Dekn-kind and the War and, with Malek's inspiration (and assistance), created the Nexiumadris (a.k.a. .Reality): a virtual reality duplicate of Humanity's original home in which humans can live and thrive. The Persophelums regard themselves as a separate power in the War: the saviors of Humanity, and the one ''true'' good side.

* ArchEnemy: They are the collective arch-enemies of Azrael, and vice-verse (due to his position as the avatar of Time, which they see as their domain).
* DemonicPossession: Like the Arkn and the Dekn, those who enter in .Reality typically do so via human vessels. (Though they apparently can enter the system without one -- as demonstrated when Crow appears behind Azrael and kills him.
* DistinctionWithoutADifference: The Persophelums see themselves as a distinct faction, separate not only from the Arkn (who are selfish and sadistic) but the other Dekn (whom they see as [[JerkAss jerkasses]]). Aside from being the creators of .Reality and saviors of Humanity, however, there's little to differentiate them from the rest of their race: they collaborated with the Emperor of the Dekn (The Carver) to get the .Reality project off the ground, and they've been shown to be just as selfish, sadistic, and power-hungry as those they decry. To top it off, at least one member of their party (Crow) firmly believes that humanity should be ''[[KneelBeforeZod bowing]]'' before them.
* GoodIsNotNice: They're the only faction that truly has humanity's best interests at heart. However, they're also the faction that operates the Infernous (taking charge of tormenting and torturing humans -- along with Arkn and Dekn -- within it), and they've been shown to be fairly ruthless and brutal in their tactics.

He was crafted by De'ebo himself to serve as his vessel and avatar. Aside from brutal beatings, none of his "punishments" have actually been shown onscreen -- which, arguably, makes it even ''worse'' ([[NothingIsScarier as we don't know which techniques he actually carried out -- and what else he might have come up with]]).

* DemBones: His natural form is that of a red, skeletal being.

* CapitalOffensive: On the May 15th event of 2016, the Dekn capital -- the Infinitium -- was destroyed by [[spoiler: Raphael (under the [[PeoplePuppets influence]] of Tum'to), in retaliation for the Dekn attack on the Golden City.]]

* AlasPoorVillain: His torment in the Infernous (during TKS) isn’t easy to watch. He’s tortured by a vision of a corrupted, [[OneWingedAngel powered-up]] version of Knight, who (in [[TheDogBitesBack a reversal]] of what he endured during his imprisonment) [[CurbStompBattle kicks Carver's ass with zero effort]] in the most agonizing manner possible. As if that weren't bad enough, he then suffers a similarly brutal beating from the ''real'' Knight for refusing to cooperate with him -- and dies a slow, agonizing death. All because of circumstances he didn’t predict (i.e. dying in and becoming bound to Luke’s human form).
** This is somewhat mitigated if you believe (as some do) that [[spoiler: [[AlternateCharacterInterpretation Carver deliberately allowed his second death to happen in order to pass his powers to Knight and further corrupt him]]]].

When he's killed [[spoiler: by Azrael]], he's sent to the Infernous in Luke's form and is more human than Dekn; as such, he no longer has control over the realm, and becomes a prisoner himself -- and [[HoistByHisOwnPetard subject to the same hellish torments he once inflicted]]. (Namely, he's forced to endure his greatest fear: [[spoiler: being overpowered and overthrown by a fully-corrupted Knight]]).

** FridgeBrilliance: Carver is [[spoiler: [[EldritchAbomination the physical avatar of De'ebo (and the Hethe in general)]]]]; of ''course'' his natural form is unspeakably ugly.
* CardCarryingVillain: He’s the Dekn Lord of Pain and Torment, he turned the Prince of the Arkn into a corrupted, Arkn-loathing defector, and he plans to help the TopGod [[GodOfEvil of Evil]] destroy all of creation; he's the most evil mortal being in existence -- and don't you forget it! [[spoiler: Ultimately subverted: Carver merely took on the role of a Card Carrying Villain as part of his [[ThePlan plan]] to outsmart the Hethe.]]
* TheChessmaster: How else would you describe someone who successfully [[spoiler: executed an ultra-complex, eons-long plan to trick GOD]]?[[note]]Carver created the false prophecy of the Arknza, sired the children to fulfill it, set himself up as [[UltimateEvil its]] [[BigBad villain]], arranged for each of the Arknza to war against him, and ensured that Ellpagg acquired the powers of a god so that he would defeat him in battle -- all so that Deebo would raise him from the dead and make him a Hethe, giving him the power to use the Scrolls of Creation.[[/note]]

In most cases, said betrayals played a part in his larger scheme (such as arranging [[spoiler: Raziel's public disgrace and exile]] to encourage Gilgamesh to trust him and ally with him). However, he does this even when said betrayal is of no personal benefit to him (such as when he manipulated his own daughter into sentencing her mother to be thrown into the deepest pit in the Infernous).

* LivingBodySuit: [[spoiler: He acts as one for the Hethe (particularly Deebo, though the other Hethe have utilized his body in the past as well)]].

* MultipleChoicePast: Was Hash’bor Kanibal one of the first created Dekn (who once masqueraded as an Arkn)? An Arkn Lord who defected and became a Dekn? [[spoiler: He was created to act as an avatar, emissary, and embodiment of the Hethe -- and Deebo in particular -- and was essentially given free reign to do whatever he wanted with his power. * ReallyGetsAround: He boasts about having "banged a lot of things"; he's had an affair with nearly all the high-ranking Arkn at some point (including [[spoiler: King Gilgamesh ''and'' Kry'atha)]], and fathered the Storn, [[spoiler: the Nephilim Michael Knight]], ''and'' [[spoiler: many (if not all) of the Arknza]]. What else would you expect from an immortal, well-endowed, charismatic shapeshifter?
** As it turns out, many of these couplings had a greater purpose: [[spoiler: the Carver needed to pass on Deebo’s Hethian blood to at least seven Arkn in order ensure that the prophecy of the Arknza could come to fruition. (Granted, Arkn procreation occurs through magical means rather than physical, but he still needed to form potent physical relationships with his partners to ensure that the procreation rituals would be successful -- and, in the case of Kryatha, to transfer some of his Hethian power to her undetected, so that she would pass it on to Josephine).]]

* ThanatosGambit: He deliberately arranges for one of the Arknza (namely, [[spoiler: Ellpagg]]) to overpower and kill him during the FinalBattle, so that [[spoiler: Deebo will raise him from the dead as a full-powered Hethe]], enabling him to [[spoiler: use the Hethian Scrolls of Creation to create a new universe where Deebo has no power]].

* TheUnfettered: His every action is carried out with the ultimate goal of [[spoiler: becoming a Hethe and creating a new god-free universe]].
