!! Player Characters
[[folder:Crawford "Mutt" Muttner]]
!!! Played By: Travis

His goal is to kick Dracula's ass, take his teeth, and turn them into earrings, in order to keep a promise made to his late brother Rusty.
[[/folder]]
[[folder:Brother Phileaux]]
!!! Played By: Clint

* CrystalDragonJesus: Phileaux's religion swings between worship of "the sun" and outright quoting Bible verses.
* SharingABody: [[spoiler:His puppet body originally housed Abraham Van Helsing. After Van Helsing attempts to take over the puppet by force, the two eventually reach an accord, where Van Helsing has agreed ]]
[[/folder]]
[[folder:Lady Elizabeth Godwin]]
!!! Played By: Justin
Formerly an influential member of the Lumineaux social elite, the 73-year-old Lady Godwin was struck by the Wolfman and Dracula while drunk driving, hitting her so hard that her entire body exploded, except for her head [[spoiler:and one hand]]. Fortunately, she had taken out one of Dr. Frankenstein's reanimation insurance policies, leading to her head being placed on the body of Brynhilda, Liberator of Spines, prize fighter and organ donor.

[[spoiler:She is bitten by a were-horse in the first episode, which provides the impetus for the party's raid on the Were-House.]]

* FanDisservice: PlayedForLaughs with Godwin's awkward attempts to leverage her... assets.
* GrandeDame
* ICallItVera: The shopkeep she bought her axe from insisted she name it - so she named it Jennifer Meyers.
* LastNameBasis: Usually called "Lady Godwin" or just "Godwin".
* MoralGuardians: Parodied. Her first question after being revived with her new body is "Why am I luscious?", lamenting the loss of her "perfectly decent" body.
* NubileSavage: Parodied.
[[/folder]]

!! Lumineaux Residents
[[folder:Robert Halloween]]
Mayor of Lumineaux, as well as the guard at all of its gates, and the bartender at the Ghostlight Pub. He wears a lot of hats.

* SpeakOfTheDevil: Say his name, and he will appear to offer assistance, apparently anywhere in the city. It's a sort of Pavlovian thing.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Pierre Reynolds]]
An acquaintance of Lady Godwin from her high society days, Pierre was the the namesake of the Pierre Reynolds Foundation for Shingles Awareness (and later, Big P's Society for Super-Duper Shingles Awareness). In the present, he's a member of the Lumineaux City Council [[spoiler:and a werebear]].

* OohMeAccentsSlipping: Griffin's first voice for Pierre is deemed insufficiently French by Justin, which is explained in-universe as him suffering "inner shingles" that "made it to his tongue".
[[/folder]]
[[folder:Mr. Mistoffelees]]
[[Literature/OldPossumsBookOfPracticalCats Yes, that Mr. Mistoffelees.]] The werecat proprietor of Mists Outfitter.

* PublicDomainCharacter: By way of ''Literature/OldPossumsBookOfPracticalCats''.
* RecurringElement: Follows [[Characters/TheAdventureZoneBalance Garfield]], [[Characters/TheAdventureZoneAmnesty Heathcliff]], and [[Characters/TheAdventureZoneEthersea Felix/Nermal]] as a feline-themed shopkeeper referencing a famous fictional cat.
[[/folder]]

!! Dracula and Allies
[[folder:Count Dracula]]
The immortal vampiric regent of Angrave, and the titular antagonist of the campaign.

* AntagonistTitle
* AntiVillain: Dracula's diary entries
* PublicDomainCharacter
* OurVampiresAreDifferent: Seems to have made some kind of bargain with a cthonic deity, which is not a usual part of Dracula's origin.
[[/folder]]
[[folder:Dr. Victor Frankenstein]]
Dracula's latest co-conspirator, Frankenstein left Lumineaux to join Dracula in an as-yet unknown project.

* InsistentTerminology: Characters repeatedly refer to Frankenstein as having "shacked up" with Dracula. The connotations are not lost on the players.
* TheGhost: Has yet to make an in-person appearance.
* PublicDomainCharacter
[[/folder]]
[[folder:The Wolfman]]
Dracula's former best friend and the proprietor of the Were-House, a nightclub that caters to werebeasts.

* AlasPoorVillain: [[spoiler:Lady Godwin decapitating him with a flurry of blows after an apparent peaceful resolution of his earlier fight with the party shocks even Griffin - though he acknowledges he had it coming.]]
* FauxAffablyEvil
* TheHedonist: To the point that Dracula calls him a "bad influence".
* ImAHumanitarian: Very open about eating people.
* KarmaHoudiniWarranty: [[spoiler:Unknowingly taunting Lady Godwin about his part in her vapourisation gets him decapitated for his trouble.]]
[[/folder]]

!! Others
[[folder:The Invisible Man]]
* PhraseCatcher: Some variant on "Oh, I hate that guy." or "He's such an asshole!" [[EvenEvilHasStandards Even Dracula gets in on it.]] [[spoiler:Though according to the Wolfman, "he has his reasons".]]
* PublicDomainCharacter
[[/folder]]
[[folder:DJ Thumbs]]
The orangutan DJ at the Were-House with a fondness for "slam music".

* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: The party convincing him to "hit that slam music" starts [[spoiler:the collapse of the Were-House's dance floor, corruption of its spring, end of its "chill field" and the ensuing riot, and ultimately, the Wolfman's death]].
