!Josuke Higashikata
The protagonist of ''Diamond Is Unbreakable'' but not of ''The 7th Stand User 2''. The child of an affair between Joseph Joestar and Tomoko Higashikata, Josuke finds himself in the middle of the incidents of Part 4 after he meets his nephew Jotaro and his grandfather Ryohei is murdered by a Stand User. His Stand is Crazy Diamond.

!Jotaro Kujo
The protagonist of ''Stardust Crusaders''. A graduate student in marine biology and Stand expert for the Speedwagon Foundation, he came to Morioh to inform Josuke of his inclusion in Joseph's will and to investigate the appearance of Stand users. His Stand is Star Platinum: The World.

!Koichi Hirose
A young schoolmate of Josuke, Koichi gets involved with the Stand-related incidents when he gets pierced by the Stand Arrow, barely surviving in the process. His Stand is Echoes.

!Okuyasu Nijimura
The younger brother of Keicho Nijimura, the current owner of the Stand Arrow, Okuyasu helped him create Stand users at first, but after the death of Keicho at the hands of Red Hot Chili Pepper, he strikes a quick and strong friendship with Josuke and Koichi. His Stand is The Hand.

!Rohan Kishibe
A very successful manga author, Rohan is a very eccentric misanthrope with no sense of personal space. He throws his lot with Josuke when he discovers than the first victim of Yoshikage Kira was his childhood babysitter, who protected him with her life. His Stand is Heaven's Door.

!Yukako Yamagishi
A classmate of Koichi, Yukako is madly in love with him, going as far as trying to murder other girls who interact with him or kidnap him. After being defeated by Echoes, she mellows out enough to start a real relationship with Koichi. Her Stand is Love Deluxe.

!Shigekiyo "Shigechi" Yanguu
A fat highschooler the same age as Koichi, Shigechi is an annoying dimwit who hides a cunning intellect and a mean greedy streak. His Stand is Harvest.

!Yuya Fungami
A delinquent and member of a biker gang, Yuya is a womanizer who is never seen without his three girlfriends, even as he's hospitalized after a near-fatal bike crash. His Stand is Highway Star.

A strange student, Mikitaka claims to be an alien from a faraway planet who wants to live a peaceful life incognito on Earth. While Josuke and team thinks he's just an eccentric or a madman, some of his pecularities leave reasonable doubt about his claims. His (maybe?) Stand is Earth Wind and Fire.

A pre-schooler who wages war on the MC after they accidentaly steal his lunch. His Stand is Big In Japan.

A Korean exchange student who currently lives and studies in Morioh. His Stand is Bodies.

Tamami Kobayashi's younger sister and a love-obsessed girl, attacking the boys foolish enough to ignore or reject her advances and love letters. Her Stand is Breathe.

Two Egyptian brothers and minor villains of Part 3. Originally servants of DIO, Oingo and Boingo turned a new leaf after the victory of the Stardust Crusaders and recently opened a private investigation agency specialized in Stand-related cases in Morioh. Their respective Stands are Khnum and Thoth.

!Anjuro "Angelo" Kataragi
A serial killer and rapist sentenced to death, Angelo survived his execution by developing a Stand and escaped prison, now intent to get revenge on Kyohei Higashikata for putting him behind bars. His Stand is Aqua Necklace.

!Keicho Nijimura
Okuyasu's older brother, Keicho uses the Stand Arrow and Bow to create Stand users all over Morioh in the hope of finding one powerful enough to put his mutant father out of his misery, circumstances be damned. His Stand is Bad Company.

!Akira Otoishi
A wannabe rock star, Akira is the new owner of the Stand Arrow following Keicho's death and aims to become a legendary guitarist and kick Jotaro out of Morioh to create more Stand users to prove his superiority. His Stand is Red Hot Chili Pepper.

!Bug-Eaten and Unnamed Rat
Two sewer rats who were pierced by the Stand Arrow and, against all odds, survived and developped the same Stand that they now use to rule as dominants of their territory, attacking even humans. Their Stand is Ratt.

!Yoshikage Kira
The main antagonist of Part 4. In appearance a regular office worker and regular Joe, Kira is a serial killer active since 1984 who targets young women for their hands, which he keeps as his "girlfriends" until they start rotting, causing him to pursue another victim. His Stand is Killer Queen.

!Yoshihiro Kira
Yoshikage Kira's father and accomplice. He faked his death years ago and helps his son commit his murders, by guarding his house against people trying to investigate him and later by creating Stand users using the Arrow. His Stand is Atom Heart Father.

!Gatta
A vagrant cat that was accidentaly killed by Shinobu Kawajiri, Gatta was pierced by the Stand Arrow shortly before its death. Gatta came back to life as a sentient plant and is used by Yoshikage as an ally of Killer Queen. Its Stand is Stray Cat.

* LogicalWeakness: For all of Motörhead's strengths, it still comes with a few weaknesses.

** Finally, and the Stand’s biggest crutch is that it requires maintenance to maintain itself in peak condition. Standard motor oil is all it requires, but if this is neglected, Motörhead will be weaker than its potential. Thankfully, however, even a neglected Motörhead is still stronger and faster than the average human or even the average stand.
* MySuitIsAlsoSuper: In its initial form, Motorhead appears as a suit around the user, like Oasis and White Album.

* DittoFighter: The Stand can, for example, can copy the ability of Crazy Diamond, and heal objects via touch. On top of this, The Stand also gains a small boost to its stats to accommodate. Copying Crazy Diamond, for example, would yield a boost to speed and power. The Stand, when it copies other stands, mimics their color scheme.

* NecessaryDrawback: With The Stand's ability to copy other powers from other users, you'd assume that The Stand is utterly busted; the answer is yes, and no. In a recent tweet to someone pointing this [[https://twitter.com/alc_luke/status/1433596282463875080 out]], the other limitation of The Stand is that it's not copying the ability at max power; for example, The Stand copying Star Platinum will get a 2 second time stop instead of 5 seconds. In-game, this is also represented by The Stand only copying four skills from ally/enemy users instead of the whole move list.

* {{Foil}}: To Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond. Take On Me is a foil to Crazy Diamond. Crazy Diamond is a tough, close-ranged Stand that can heal people and objects. Take On Me is a quick, long-ranged Stand that can do the same but moves the damage onto another thing to fix them. In terms of looks, Crazy Diamond is a humanoid covered in armor with large muscles representing that the Stand's a powerhouse. Take On Me looks like a thin robot a prefers to fight at long range or help other Stands, symbolizing its supporting role.

* MirrorCharacter: The Joestars are stuck in a generational conflict against DIO and his followers, with ramifications affecting their lives, friends, and the world. The 7th Stand User's family isn't exempt from this and has been caught up in the Joestar's fate to protect the world from evil. With the advent of Vins and her minions from the previous game, along with the reveal that one of the antagonists is Vins's husband, who (presumably) wants revenge on the 7th Stand User's family, they found themselves in their own conflict aside from the one they're already in. Like the Joestars, the 7th Stand User's family will have to deal with the consequences of Vins' actions, her followers, and their impact on the world.

The Joestars are in a generational conflict against Dio and his followers, with their actions affecting their lives, friends, and the world. * CoolGun: This Stand talks and has a personality. He's quite a gentleman and fancies himself a pacifist.

* YourWorstNightmare: Much like Death 13, this is his stand's ability. ''Unlike'' Death 13, he doesn't have to wait for you to be asleep to attack.

* {{Foil}}: To Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond. Crazy Diamond is a powerhouse of a close-ranged Stand that can skillfully heal people and objects with a single hit; it's also a humanoid Stand with pink skin and shiny white-blue armor modeled after hearts. In contrast, Take On Me is more suited to long-ranged speedy attacks and is more support oriented; its healing ability is also different as it moves damage onto something else. As for appearance, Take On Me is robotic with a heart-shaped body and lavender-purple "skin" with mint-green joints.

* {{Expy}}: The ability to copy the powers of other enemies and their color palettes make The Stand parallel to [[Franchise/MegaMan Mega Man]]; heck, even the band, The Protomen, based themselves on the Mega Man mythos.

* DarkSkinnedBlond: The ganguro variant of the female protagonist, overlapping with GyaruGirl.

* ItCanThink: Unlike the other player Stands, Velvet Revolver is sentient and has a mind of it's own.

* TechnicalPacifist: Not the user, but the Stand itself believes it to be on. According to the bio on Tumblr, Velvet Revolver has a very gentleman-like approach to things and it fancies itself as a pacifist to everything that happens to him. As a result, it can often clash with other Stand Users different from his own. However, when push comes to shove, VR will do what’s right.

* NiceHat: Ace of Spades wears the spade symbol as a hat.

* ShoutOut: To Music/{{Slash}}.

* ShadowPin: One of Shadys signature moves, where it immobilizes an enemy by pinning their shadow to the ground with a knife.
