Mr. Puzzler is portrayed as a carefree man, unconcerned whether he offends or annoys anyone. He sports a '''fantastic vest''' and is fond of at least one [[IncrediblyLamePun [[{{Pun}} groan-inducing joke]]. Apparently, he lacks human integrity, if Mr. Intelligence is to be believed.
