* TheBully: She definitely comes off like this. She cruises around on a bike powered by tears on a campaign to intimidate and browbeat anyone engaged in what she percieves to be sexist behavior. Oddly enough, God probably gets it the worst.

* SimpleStaff: She's very skilled with a bo-staff. Apparently, she trains with it daily.

* UpToEleven: He acts pretty much like an excessive version of Slick's early characterisation, before he met Monique and began going steady.

* MulticoloredHair: Blonde and black.

* {{Megane}}: Just like his hero. Presumably, he actually does need them and isn't just wearing them to imitate the Cartoonist.

* FingerlessGloves: Presumably so that she can wear them while biking and not have to take them off to use her computer.

** And with the Sisterhood storyline, their relationship is effectively destroyed. Slick and Monique largely cease to interact at all. One of their last interactions was Slick noticing Monique pelted with rotten produce. [[JerkassHasAPoint He untactfully tries to tell her]] that she may have a part in it due to riling up StrawMisogynist jerks intentionally. This comes across to her as UsefulNotes/VictimBlaming and she calls him out on it. She eventually forms a RomanticTwoGirlFriendship (which later blossoms into a full-fledged romance) with Absinthe.
