* UnderestimatingBadassery: Subverted. While his impression of the students at Beacon aren't high, he then reminds himself because he's used to ''Servants'' and their incredible shattering powers. Thus tries to avoid his skewed perceptions and acknowledges while the kids aren't Servants, they still faced the Grimm which are 'Demonic Beasts' and tougher than the average person/

* HopeBringer: The Nurse of Steel manages to lift the spirits of Ironwood, Glynda, and Ozpin by using her Noble Phantasm, Nightingale Pledge. Interestingly, this wasn't even her intent, she was just using it to purge the poison of Beast VII.

* ActionSurvivor: Compared to other Servants, Avicebron's personal combat abilities make [[SquishyWizard Hans]] look like a badass, yet he was one of the last four Servants standing by the time Arjuna Alter remade the world, and even held off the prolonged assault of Kieri Kotomine and the Alien Gods forces while Arjuna Alter was preparing, Nightingale was treating the wounded, [[spoiler:and Cu Chulainn was busy fighting said army in a different area]]. It's safe to say he's at least earned this title.

* AnArmAndALeg: Notably the one hit both the worst by this, and the one it had the least effect on. He lost every limb except for a single arm during the attack on the Wandering Sea, yet since all his limbs are ArtificialLimbs anyway, he just needed new ones and he was good as new.

[[folder:Gudao Fujimaru]]
--> The Last Master

The last Master of Chaldea, Gudao Fujimaru is a legend, having solved several cases that other Magi would have found impossible to solve. He is one of the five/[[spoiler:six]] direct survivors of Arjuna Alter's remaking of the world following the attack on the Wandering Sea by Beast VII/The Alien God

----

* AmbiguouslyHuman: It is highly questionable if Gudao counts as human anymore. [[spoiler:It's later said by Robin that he's become something akin to a Faerie/A living Heroic Spirit.]]
* AnArmAndALeg: He lost an arm and a leg during the attack on the Wandering Sea.
* BadassTeacher: He's set to become Beacon's Combat Strategy instructor, and seeing as how he's faced down Beast I with his bare fists, fought his way through dozens of singularities, the seven Lostbelts, killed multiple gods and thwarted the plans of many an EldritchAbomination, its safe to say he's quite the Badass.
* EyeScream: In addition to losing two limbs, he also lost an eye, and now wears an eyepatch rather than get a artificial replacement.
* IWillFindYou: The target, by literally every Servant still left alive and on the throne. He's the one they've been waiting for to return.
* LostLanguage: Turns out his habit of writing Chaldea's mission reports in his native Japanese bit quite a few people on Remnant in the ass, as since Remnant only has one Language, English, Ironwood was unable to have the journals he's written deciphered.
* QuantityVsQuality: An advocate for a balance between Quantity and Quality, but leans more towards Quantity, fitting for the man who once had over a [[BadassArmy hundred Servants]] at his beck and call.

* HopelessWithTech: As fitting of a Magi, he's fairly poor at using a scroll, and instead carries around a binder for his notes that he needs to share with others. Interestingly the scroll seems to be his biggest problem, as he can work an elevator just fine.
* SpottingTheThread: As the only actual Magus of the team, he's also the best as sensing magical disturbances [[spoiler: for example, those caused by Mandricardio's presence floating around Weiss, but he isn't able to pinpoint exactly who or what it is.]]

--> Author of Legend

The Caster Class Servant from Chaldea, Hans Christen Andersen is one of the five/[[spoiler:six]] direct survivors of Arjuna Alter's remaking of the world following the attack on the Wandering Sea by Beast VII/The Alien God.

----

* AnArmAndALeg: Hans lost one of his legs. Interestingly, despite Servants having a HealingFactor, he has not regrown the leg, likely due to the next trope.
* ArtificalLimbs: Hans had a replacement leg made for him, and it was given to him when he woke up.
* ItsAllMyFault: Hans believes that the fall of the Wandering Sea was his fault for his staunch refusal to give Kiara Sessyouin a PowerUp, until it was too late, when he got shot and she sacrificed herself so that he could survive.
* SecretKeeper: [[Spoiler: when Hans encounters Blake, he is able to easy pinpoint that she is a Faunus, either due to Ozpin having knowledge of this, and sharing it, or his own incredible powers of observation.]]
* ShellShockedVeteran: Arguably to worst hit of the survivors by this, given he was blocking the memories of it ntil reminded, and literally went in a combination of shock and hyperventilation upon remembering the attack.

* Determinator: The only explanation as to how she was capable of surviving the attack on the Wandering Sea, likely combined with her A+ rank Luck from being BornLucky, notably, it is due to her intervention that Gudao is still alive, apparently. She even pushed herself long enough to make contact with Ozpin before finally putting down her patients.

* Combat Medic: AnArmAndALeg: Defied; while every other member of her party lost at least one limb, Nightingale not only made it out of the battle for the Wandering Sea with all her limbs intact, but in relatively good condition for someone who was evidently on the frontlines the entire battle.

-> Angel of Mercy

The Berserker Class Servant from Chaldea, Florence Nightingale is one of the five/[[spoiler:six]] direct survivors of Arjuna Alter's remaking of the world following the attack on the Wandering Sea by Beast VII/The Alien God. Being the only one still conscious when arriving in the future, her appearance dragging along Gudao, Hans Christen Andersen, Avicebron, and Robin Hood marks a turning point.

For better or for worse is still unknown.

* LastNameBasis: So far, everyone who meets her and knows her name calls her Nightingale, rather than Florence.
* ShellShockedVeteran: A common theme among the survivors of the attack, but Nightingale seems to be dealing with it the best out of those who are currently in this state, compared to Hans' lock-up upon recalling it, and [[spoiler: Cu Chulainn becoming a drunk]]
