Speaking of, had he been an Annihilape, he would have been immune to the Counter that killed him off as a Normal Type move. Finally, he was killed in his second stage evolution in a three evolution chain, much like Lark. Unlike Lark, had he not died where he did, he would have evolved anyway, as Derek reveals when he evolves him after the fight with Nemona.]]

Season 2 sees Bradydood actually prove himself despite also being an Illumise, which Callin jokes that he is envious of, and [[spoiler:dies to, of all people, Al Pachino and Adam Sandler just before the Elite 4]]. Season 3 has him end up as a Wugtrio and get bullied for his phallic appearance, and he [[spoiler:dies to Atticus's Starmobile that was outstripped by him by ''thirteen levels'', with no one really caring]].

* UncannyFamilyResemblance: Looks exactly like Season 1's Collin, much to Derek's chagrin.

* ParodyReligion: Practices “The New Force”, not to be confused with the old classic force you may be familiar with.

* LateCharacterSyndrome: Gabi and CHATFORM aren't recruited until episode #4, and Jae isn't recruited until the final episode; while Gabi is able to quickly find a place on the team, CHATFORM and Jae are very far behind and lack much of the experience and moves that their team members have, leaving them largely inadequate for the late game.

* IconicItem: His [[Anime/TengenToppaGurrenLagann Kamina glasses]].

Da Cheff ends up being one of the final people alive by the end of the Violet playthrough, and thus gets a lot more time to flesh themselves out.

* JokeCharacter: ''Always'' end up being represented as a weak, gimmicky Pokemon. Season 3 downplays this, as Dunsparce had ''just'' [[LethalJokeCharacter recieved an evolution]].

* ChefOfIron: His main passion is cooking, but he's still put into battle and he does relatively well for himself so far.

* SuperSpeed: Implied, as they comment on their speed of 30 mph as "not that fast"

* CoolOldGuy: He has a few moments of this, [[spoiler: especially near the end of the playthrough where he gives a RousingSpeech to Derek and [[NotAfraidToDie is willing to die for the team]]]]. Even though he generally doesn't act like, or is seen as this.

* NonIdleRich: Not even being a member of the 1% keeps Derek from putting him in battle.

* YankTheDogsChain: [[spoiler: After a lot of clever planning from both his and Gerber's parts as to how to defuse Nemona's Skeledirge after it had stacked up too many boosts from spamming Torch Song, Luke used his Focus Sash to tank a hit before blasting it with a Tera-boosted STAB Lumina Crash... that ''just barely'' fails to kill the Skeledirge, forcing Gerber to finish the job after his death.]]
