* GeniusBruiser: He's powerfully muscled and skilled in hand-to-hand combat on top of having an extremely strong fire Quirk. He is also extremely intelligent, having the highest number of solved cases of any Hero, even when All Might is taken into account. This makes him the detective and "Dark Hero" of the current Trinity consisting of him, All Might, and Wonder Woman. Izuku even compares him to the first Batman.

* SecretKeeper: Just like the rest of the Top Ten, he knows that Izuku's an alien.

A young sidekick of Ultimon, the Number Seven Hero, and leader of the aforementioned Hero’s team of sidekicks named the Super Young Team. Most Excellent Wonder Bat was among the team of heroes who investigated Mt. Fuji after [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite was defeated by All Might, Firestorm, and Izuku and Izuku’s ship left the mountain]]. Due to the state of the mountain in the aftermath, Most Excellent Wonder Bat outright bought Mt. Fuji and turned it into a base for both his team as well as Ultimon’s own team Big Science Action. His Quirk? Being rich... maybe.

* SecretKeeper: Just like the rest of the Top Ten, he knows that Izuku's an alien.

* BewareTheNiceOnes: Firestorm is a nice, friendly guy, but when he gets enraged at [[spoiler:Ultra-Humanite seemingly killing Izuku]], his anger and the Firestorm Matrix starts transmuting things around him and even the ground beneath his feet with each step while declaring he'd kill [[spoiler:Ultra-Humanite]] even if he had to turn Mt. Fuji into a pillar of salt to do so is enough to make [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite]] and All Might to break out in a cold sweat.

** While landing in front of Izuku, Firestorm says that he knows who it is and to let him handle the situation.
** While getting Izuku to stop rambling, Firestorm has to pause to think before calling Izuku, "kid", indicating that he would have said something else under normal circumstances.

** After Izuku discovers the door to the Villain's lair, Firestorm says "He is smart, isn't he?" the way [[spoiler:a proud father would.]]
** He calls Izuku by his given name while on the verge of being killed by one of [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite's]] robots.
** Firestorm immediately goes into a RoaringRampageOfRevenge after a brief period of StunnedSilence when [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite seemingly blasts Izuku off Mt. Fuji to his death with an ionic disruptor cannon.]] Even All Might has never seen this level of anger and fury within a young Hero before. While [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite]] attributes this to Firestorm's relative youth and newness to heroics, this can also be interpreted as a natural PapaWolf reaction.
** What immediately calmed him down was [[spoiler:Izuku's return, which Firestorm outright cheered compared to the surprise of everyone else present.]]
** Firestorm's reaction to finding out that Izuku is an alien is never mentioned. Firestorm is also wholly supportive of Izuku even after the fact.
* HypocriticalHumor: Firestorm brushes off Izuku's fanboying over him because he "[[HeroWorshipper knows the type]]". The minute "Mr. Yagi" reveals himself to be All Might, it's Firestorm's turn to start fanboying.

* InvincibleHero: According to Izuku, Firestorm has never lost a single battle in his Hero career. He ''does'' come close to dying after some robots managed to effectively nullify his powers, but he's swiftly rescued by All Might afterward.

* NiceGuy: While he initially comes off as a ConsummateProfessional, that facade falls away after meeting All Might, revealing Firestorm to be an extremely empathetic and upbeat guy who is supportive of Izuku's heroic aspirations and not caring that he's an alien despite widespread and accepted [[FantasticRacism anti-alien sentiments]] in the world.
* OneManArmy: Firestorm wrecks 200 robots in rapid succession with just his fireballs and waves of fire while only suffering a single stab wound to the leg while protecting Izuku and "Mr. Yagi".
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: After calling Izuku by his last name for the entirety of their time together, [[spoiler:Firestorm suddenly calls him by his given name when the latter was nearly killed by robots.]]
* PapaWolf: Firestorm is extremely protective of Izuku despite only just meeting him and tries to get him out of danger at the first sign of a Villain's presence. His sheer rage when [[spoiler:Izuku is seemingly killed]] gives even All Might, a PapaWolf himself, pause. [[spoiler:Of course, he's Izuku's adoptive father, so this reaction is only natural.]]

* PersonOfMassDestruction: He threatens to transmute all of Mt. Fuji into a pillar of salt if necessary to kill [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite after he pissed him off by seemingly killing Izuku.]]

* RoaringRampageOfRevenge: Firestorm is royally ''pissed'' after [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite seemingly kills Izuku]] and threatens to turn all of Mt. Fuji into a pillar of salt if it means taking [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite]] down. Both All Might and [[spoiler:the Ultra-Humanite]] are appropriately unnerved at the young Hero's fury. The latter chocks this response up to Firestorm's relative youth. [[spoiler:In truth, he's acting on his paternal instincts as Izuku's father.]]

* SecretKeeper: By the end of the Mt. Fuji incident, Firestorm is aware of Izuku's alien heritage, but can't bring himself to hold it against him after seeing Izuku in action. So he keeps Izuku's involvement in the incident and his knowledge of the young alien's true nature a secret. [[spoiler:Of course, this is easy for him to accept, because he's Hisashi Midoriya.]]

* StunnedSilence: Twice. The first after [[spoiler:Izuku is blasted off Mt. Fuji by the Ultra-Humanite]], the second after [[spoiler:Izuku tells him that he considers Inko and Hisashi Midoriya his real parents.]]

* TalkingToThemself: Firestorm is often speaking to no one in particular and seems to be holding conversations with himself, which baffles All Might and Izuku. He later explains himself by revealing that both consciousnesses that make up his form are still active, which is why he's able to use two Quirks as well as the Firestorm Matrix. Those familiar with Firestorm will know that he's one-half Professor Martin Stein, a Nobel Prize-winning nuclear physicist.

* TheEmpath: Irma Ardeen, better known as Saturn Girl, is able to read minds and feel the emotions lingering in others. Just before she leaves the 21st century, she decides to feel Izuku's mind, finding his doubt, fear, and nervousness along with his determination, bravery, and hope.

The would-be assassin was foiled before he could even lay eyes on his quarry by a team from the Legion of Super-Heroes, Lightning Lad, Saturn Girl, Chameleon Boy, and Brainiac 5. All of them express their desire to meet Izuku at some point, but acknowledge that this wasn't the time before returning back to the 30th century. Izuku isn't aware of any of these events occurring because he had filtered out the background noise and was wholly focused on what he'd already set out to do.
* HeroWorshipper: In the 30th century, they were inspired by Izuku, who would later become known as Superman, and All Might. The Legion members refer to both of them as "living legends" in their time.
