Initially, it just seems to be a figment of No:6's imagination, with an outside perspective of their 'conversations' showing No:6 acting out both sides of the mental discussions they're having, but as No:6 engages Koichi and the fight drags on, No:6 and the hallucination's perceptions and opinions being to diverge, almost seeming like 2 different people, despite the hallucination being a part of No:6's mind. Notably, whilst No:6 is confused about how Koichi is reacting to and countering his [[SuperSpeed Overclock quirk]], it's the hallucination that figures out Koichi is subconsciously reacting to danger without even realising what he's doing, and eventually outright orders No:6 to disengage the fight and never face Koichi again, citing how rapid his [[DieOrFly development]] has been in the midst of their life-or-death fight, and if he could continue fighting, Koichi might eventually overcome No:6-- something that enrages the speedster enough that he ignores the hallucination's advice. It's hinted that the 'hallucination' might actually be the Trigger Mastermind in direct communication with No:6 and he's merely perceiving his instructions as coming from his mental projection of his Idol]].

* AnimalMotif: [[spoiler: As a contrast to Koichi's regular comparisons to creepy bugs or cockroaches, No:6 eventually gains a spider motif through his OneWingedAngel form, growing multiple limbs, eyes, and describing his mental directing of his operation Anonomyous drones to surround Koichi as drawing a 'web of bloodlust' around him]].
* ArchEnemy: A one-sided example, but he eventually decides that [[spoiler: Koichi is his after the latter interferes in his 'official' hero's debut as the new O'Clock, swearing to kill him and Pop for getting in his way. Initially, he seemed content that Koichi was an InadequateInheritor compared to himself for Knuckleduster/O'Clock's successor, but after Koichi messed up his plans by accident, he becomes obsessed with ending him to become 'genuine'. Notably, during the hospital fight, he's disappointed when Koichi flees the fight to run for aid, and ecstatic when he returns to face him, revealing that his normal human 'Rokuro Nomura' face is based on Koichi's own, and when Koichi proves capable of keeping up with him despite his Overclock speed and even counteracting with his quirk based on subconscious instinct for incoming danger, No:6 disregards his O'Clock Hallucination's advise to just [[ScrewThisImOuttaHere flee the fight]] in favour of killing Koichi with his [[OneWingedAngel full power]] after hearing the hallucination admit that Koichi might become too much for him if the fight drags on]].

* AttackOfThe50FootWhatever: [[spoiler: In his final desperate attempt to kill Koichi, he gathers all his Anon mooks to merge, and also detonate their bomber cells, giving him a multistory tall body made of exploding plasma.]]

* BodyHorror: [[spoiler: The parasitic Bomber Cells he can grow over his skin to blow people up warp his flesh into a mass of boils. During the Hospital attack, he demonstrates that over half his body has become formed out of said cells by Liquifying himself and reforming himself back into a humanoid shape-- not to mention that his go-to [[EnhancedPunch attack]] blows off his hands and requires him to regrow them from the shattered stubs- not that he seems to feel the pain much. ** In Chapter 113, it’s taken to a new level [[spoiler: as his rage reaches the point where it causes the bomber cells to continually combust and gives him the appearance of a fiery humanoid with an exposed [[DemBones skull and ribcage]] dubbed Lightning Style. Chapter 114 takes it further once his transformation 'shuts off', revealing that said bones are actually ''all that's left of his body'', and without a refuel of bomber cells from the Operation Anonymous drones, No:6 would have collapsed into a pile of smouldering keratin, all but guaranteeing that his current form [[DeadlyUpgrade will be lethal to him once the fight's over]].]]

* EvilCounterpart: To Koichi. [[spoiler:He idolized the original O'clock enough to declare himself his successor, while Knuckle Duster took Koichi under his wing. His "Rokuro Nomura" persona is also suspiciously similar to what an older Koichi might become -- a nonentity who is still helpful to those around him, a card-carrying hero working as a civilian, and [[CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass capable of being surprisingly cool]] if the situation calls for it. It's not quite clear yet how much of this, or his attempted courtship of Kazuho, was a deliberate attempt to imitate or mock Koichi. Later, in Chapter 104, its revealed that the appearance of Rock Nomura was actually based on Koichi’s features, further linking the two, and during the subsequent chase throughout the streets between them, No:6 adopts a '[[PrimalStance Crawler Style]]' method of movement that apes Kochi's use of Slide and Glide to reduce wind drag and move faster than him to outmanoeuvre Kochi's faster reactions to his attacks. Koichi even comments that he looks like some sort of creepy creature, [[HypocriticalHumour exactly like he's been called in the past]].]]
* EyelessFace: [[spoiler: As of Chapter 102, he has no visible eyes on his face, not dissimilar to All for One. It turns out that's his ''actual'' [[TheBlank face]] and he's taken aback when he realises the 'mask' came off during his commanding of Anonymous to attack the district, before resembling his face into the 'Rokuro Nomura' persona for the remainder of his confrontation with Koichi.]]

* HavingABlast: [[spoiler: Has explosive parasites living in his skin, which he can detonate to blow people like Compass Kid up, with little damage to himself due to his regenerative abilities. Turns out he has TWO explosive-based quirks up his sleeves]].

* OneWingedAngel: Pissed upon [[spoiler: His O'clock Hallucination's assertion that Koichi will eventually become too much for him to handle, No:6 decides to end him here and now in order to get 'his turn' unleashing his full power to mutate himself into a Tailed humanoid with 4 eyes, a vaguely amphibian-esque appearance, and what appears to be organic vents on his back call 'Operation Anonymous: Phase 6']].
* PowerOfHate: In their last meeting before their battle at the hospital, he declares his undying hatred for Koichi. [[spoiler: He also clarifies that, while everything else about him might be a lie, or a flimsy deception, or stolen from something else, the hatred he holds for the man who beat and humiliated him is the one thing about himself he can unambiguously call both real and his own, and it holds him together while he overclocks and utilizes his various superpowers during their brawl at the hospital.]]

** In Chapter 113, [[spoiler:his [[DeadlyUpgrade Lightning]] [[DemBones Style]] [[OneWingedAngel form]] makes him resemble the ''Series/BatmanBeyond'' villain Blight, which fits with him embracing the role of a villain at that point and how his power seems to be tied to his volatile emotional state--specifically [[ThePowerOfHate his anger towards Koichi]] for constantly interfering in his plans, much like Blight was the source of Terry's anger throughout the first season due to him being responsible for his father's death-- and despite the massive power boost, the unstable nature of his current existence is shown to be as harmful to No:6 as it is a boost to his fighting abilities, much like Blight's powers were incredibly dangerous in a fight, but a liability for him if he succumbed to his own anger when using them]].
** In Chapter 103, he boasts to Tsukauchi in his [[TimeStandsStill enhanced perception]] that if he wants to stop him he needs to [[Film/AvengersInfinityWar aim for the head,]] and in addition, [[spoiler: when he's charging up his explosive punches, his gauntetled fists shine in a way that visually resembles the Infinity Gauntlet.]]

* TechnicalPacifist: He's fine with putting people in situations that might get them killed, but doesn't like to get blood on his hands directly. For example, he trapped innocent people in exploding industrial mechs with no hesitation, but when confronted by the police he chose to simply shoot them in their bulletproof vests with their own rubber bullets instead of aiming to kill. [[spoiler: Later thrown out the window when he blows up Compass Kid and shoots multiple heroes during Bee Pop's second rampage. Shortly afterwards, he also vows to kill both Koichi and Kazuho.]]

* UnderestimatingBadassery: Completely underestimates All Might's power, resulting in him wasting all of his suicide bombers and failing at his revenge plan. He doesn't really mind though. [[spoiler:For his final plan to kill Koichi and Kazuho, Number 6 learns from that mistake. He goes to great lengths to isolate Naruhata so that nobody can call All Might for help, while at the same time making it seem to the outside world that it's a mere blackout rather than a villain attack. Thus giving All Might no reason to investigate on his own initiative.]]
** Played with upon his [[spoiler: attack on the hospital. When Koichi interferes with his assault, he initially assumes he'll be an easy kill due to the difference between the 'worthy' successor and the InadequateInheritor for O'Clock, but as the fight drags on and Koichi keeps dodging or countering his attacks--and even coming close to hitting No:6 in his AchillesHeel at several points-- his Hallucination of O'Clock eventually just tells him to abandon the mission and [[PragmaticVillainy to never face Koichi again]], citing how much the Vigilante has improved in combat from fighting them, and if the fight continues, eventually Koichi might be too much for No:6 to handle. Despite the hallucination being part of his own mind, No:6 ignores it's advice in favour of killing Koichi right away to assert his own identity, essentially refusing to acknowledge Koichi's threat level to himself on a conscious level even if his subconscious already has]].

* ThingsThatGoBumpInTheNight: Their larger role in Operation Anonymous. An open attack would draw attention, possibly even All Might, and Number 6 learned his lesson from the bombers. Instead they create a large-scale blackout before moving in to spread unease and anxiety in order to draw away heroes and expose his primary target.
