* BewareTheMindReader: Technically speaking, "Phantom Wolf" is a psionic Quirk since she is inducing illusions on those she sees, and it has a secondary function that lets her read minds, though she doesn't particularly like using the latter ability. Izumi actually worries about that aspect in particular since, while she likes Kleiner, she has way too many valuable secrets in her mind that Kleiner could learn.

* ShrinkingViolet: She's near cripplingly shy around others, the only people she's particularly comfortable around being The Captain, some of her classmates, and Izumi after the I-Expo, the latter largely thanks to bonding with Izumi over being BirdsOfAFeather. Otherwise she has a perpetual stutter and hides behind her wolf plushy, requiring she use one of her phantoms to talk for her. Her being so shy is a point of contention amidst the staff of the academy, particularly with Zorin. While The Captain, Rip, and Schrodinger are willing to accommodate her and let her go at her own pace, Zorin would rather force her into the deep end so as to "toughen" her up.

* WeaksauceWeakness: An unfortunate side effect of his Quirk is that, much like it's basis in quantum superposition, he can't truly do something since that would require establishing his place in existence. While he can warp to and from practically anyway, even inside Izumi's mindscape where the Vestiges reside, he can't truly be anything more than a messenger since to do otherwise would means he no longer a "possibility" but a "certainty". He brings this up when Kudo asks why he doesn't just leave a bomb next to All For One if he knows where he is, Izumi correctly ascertaining that Schrodinger can't since to place the bomb would require he be there, but he can't truly be "there" if he is "nowhere and everywhere".

* BewareTheNiceOnes: She's normally a very shy and gentle young girl, but the moment she learns what Kai did to Eri, she is pissed, declaring her intent to maul him to death, both Harald and Astrid admitting they've never seen her get that pissed before. It doesn't help that she has a very powerful kick, being able to knock the head off a robot in one strike like it was nothing, and was the winner of Millenium's Sports Festival two years in a row.

* ComboPlatterPowers: Her Quirk, "Phantom Wolf", is a mix between that of her parents. Her primary use of it, creating illusionary wolves and psionic abilities, stems from her mother, Zorin Blitz. Her lesser used powers, namely due to being AfraidOfTheirOwnStrength, are the same werewolf abilities her father, The Captain, possesses, including strength comparable to 40% of "One For All" and the ability to turn into a mist like form.

----
* AdaptationalSpeciesChange: Trope and Trope. In her home series, she was a "Spark", which were largely human but still treated distinctly from "non-Sparks", classifying them closer to a human subspecies. Here, she's implied to be a normal human.
* TheDreaded: Twofold. She's already an example because she's heiress to the Heterodyne family, feared around the world for being a family of mad scientists with little morals, but she's doubly so to the students and staff of Millennium Academy, Deus ex Machina in particular, due to her propensity for insane experiments. Momo and Durandal share their fear after learning Mei's befriended her and she's a Heterodyne, the rest of the class needing explained why that's a bad thing, before everyone from 1-A, sans Fumikage after learning the Heterodyne's managed to summon a literal demon, become afraid too.
* JobSong: Trope, as Mei first meets her humming rather than singing as she was doing an experiment, specifically a heterodyning tune that was both beautiful and unnatural.
* MadScientist: Crazy enough to rival even Mei, with the bonus of having an insane tone and love for tinkering/experimenting on her robotic minions. If she could, she'd gladly install a DeathRay into her machines, but has to settle for a repulsor blast due to the school forbidding her from making anything lethal. It's for this reason Deus ex Machina was afraid of her meeting Mei, a fear that proved justified when they do meet and prove to be BirdsOfAFeather.

* CompositeCharacter: The Hellsing characters primarily take from their canon depictions, but they also have bits from their Abridged counterparts too, such as Jan Valentine noted to look like he's barely stopping himself from acting like a SirSwearsALot in front of the students.

Added DiffLines:

* DodgeballIsHell: Trope. Rip is one of the nicest among the staff, but her idea of an ice breaker for the UA students is to have all the students play "Dodgeball". Her version is more accurately "Dodge-Musket-Ball", as she loads her musket and fires a round at the students, then uses her Quirk to turn it into a HomingProjectile until they get hit by it. Even before realizing that was what her version entailed, the UA students all bolted anyway, having long been given PTSD from any kind of "Dodgeball" after being forced to train by playing it with Sorahiko -- where he was the ball. Yes, even Durandal.

Added DiffLines:

* GenkiGirl: Rip is very cheerful and upbeat when acting as a teacher or off the clock, all of the 1-A students that had her for homeroom remarking how cheerful she was for someone with a "Vampire" class Quirk. According to one of the Millennium students, she's only ever not cheerful when she's fighting, in which case she becomes an insane BloodKnight.

* AdaptationalHeroism: The cast transplanted from Manga/Hellsing are all Heroes here, compared to their home series where even the more heroic characters were still anti-heroes at best. This is explained InUniverse as the characters not partaking in the three-sided war between Hellsing, Millennium, and Iscariot, but rather being the descendants of those that did, said war taking place during the "Dark Age of Quirks". This is most notable with those aligned with Millennium, now "Millennium Academy", with Rip Van Winkle being the Pro-Hero "Jägerin" and having a friendly rivalry with Seras and Heinkel, and "The Captain" acting as the Vice-Principal and showing a gentler side when comforting Kleiner. That being said, they are still quite eccentric, and some like Zorin Blitz are still notably AxCrazy, Zorin even regularly using her scythe on Schrodinger whenever he annoys her, they're just directing that towards Villains.

* DeliberateValuesDissonance: Quite a few differences between Millennium Academy and UA are pointed out when Class 1-A goes to the former for a foreign exchange program. For one thing, Millennium makes science classes a prerequisite for the Hero Course, while UA doesn't require science be taken at all. Millennium likewise forbids first years from applying for provisional licenses, and makes any student with them attend mandatory monthly therapy sessions, contrasted with UA allowing first years to apply even if uncommon, and therapy sessions being more voluntary.

* BirdsOfAFeather: She's essentially a much shyer and German Izumi, the two quickly hitting it off after properly meeting, Kleiner talking with Izumi being the most animated anyone from Millenium Academy has ever seen.
* CutenessProximity: The non-German characters at the I-Expo instantly succumb to this upon seeing Kleiner, the rest of 1-A following suit when they meet her while staying in Germany. Considering she's even shorter than Izumi, has a similar personality to her but even more shy, carries around a large wolf plushie, and that her Hero Costume is essentially a wolf onesie, it's not hard to see why they all find her absolutely adorable.
* NobleWolf: In addition to her absolute love for wolves, her Hero name and outfit are directly based on wolves, and her Quirk "Phantom Wolf" allows her to summon a legion of ethereal wolves to overwhelm her opponents.
* SpannerInTheWorks: She ends up derailing the attempt to invade I-Island by virtue of having stepped outside for some fresh air when Wolfram took the rest of the guests hostage, allowing her to meet up with the late arriving Izumi, Ochaco, Durandal, and Melissa, and aid them in going to save David, her Quirk allowing her, Ochaco, and Durandal to hold off the majority of the ex-RAFT agents on their own.
* SummonMagic: Trope. Her Quirk "Phantom Wolf" lets her essentially summon a legion of ethereal wolves to attack and overwhelm her foes, but using it requires she be in range of them. Her Super Move, "Wolf Tsunami", summons wave upon wave of wolves of all shapes and sizes. From most peoples perspectives however, she's not actually summoning the wolves, since only she and whoever she's targeting can see them, nor can machinery pick up their presence, though they are there, as she can ride them.
