* RebuiltPedestal: In the Guardian of Remembrance DLC, after Revali helps him rescue his son, and then revealing his own soft spot towards kids, Teba began seeing Revali in a new positive light, if him being more jovial and relaxed around Revali and sharing a hearty laugh with him after his son innocently imitates Revali's arrogant persona is of any indication.

* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: Teba, normally very [[BrutallyHonest blunt and straightforward]] with his opinions, is noticeably off-put by his hero Revali's arrogant behavior, yet behaves in a very restrained manner around him, never directly criticizing him outside of a parting barb about being "[[StealthInsult enlightened]]" by Revali's true face and is more subdued in complementing Link in Revali's presence to avoid offending the temperamental Champion. For someone who normally speaks their mind without filter to rein themselves in as such highlights Teba's struggle to reconcile his idealized version of the Rito Champion with the actual Revali's abrasive personality. However, his opinion on Revali improves significantly when Revali helped him save his son Tulin and then striking up a friendship with him, therefore revealing his soft spot for kids.

* {{Irony}}: Teba expected Revali to be a decent and respectable champion, but Revali turned out to be far from it and Teba himself ''is'' the decent and respectable champion himself.
* MasterArcher: While not at Revali's level, Teba is still a highly skilled archer in his own right. No normal warrior could take out Guardian Skywatchers with one hit in midair. And unlike Revali, he is also a bowyer, with great knowledge of bow craftsmanship as shown in some of his quests and his ''Breath of the Wild'' profile.

* FriendToAllChildren: Many of his character quests involve helping out the Rito children. Helps that he is a loving father to his son. [[spoiler: When Revali reveals his own soft spot for kids as shown by him bonding with his son, Teba is delighted.]]

* BrokenPedestal: Teba is a bit shocked by Revali's attitude, particularly towards Link. It's far from a devastating moment for him, but he remarks that he "hadn't expected the Rito champion to be so..." before Urbosa cuts him off. [[spoiler: In ''Guardian of Remembrance'' however, he is delighted to learn that Revali does have a heart of gold, especially when it comes to kids like his son, [[RebuiltPedestal which redeems him in Teba's eyes]]]]. In the end, he comments on how the experience has been "enlightening", having seen both his bad side and good side.

* Papa Wolf: When he learns that Tulin followed him into Revali's time and becomes lost in Korok Forest, he is immediately worried that he will be killed by the monsters and pleads with Revali to let him tag along. Once he finds him, he is clearly uncomfortable about leaving his son all alone, which he fortunately has one of the Rito Captains take up the offer for him. That said, threatening his only child is a '''bad idea'''.

* RazorWings: Uses his long arm-wings for attacking as a start up combo.

* ArcherArchetype: He's a cool-headed Rito archer.

* DropTheHammer: Some of his combos and one Weak-Point Smash give him the hammers used in Apparatus shrines.

* RogueDrone: This is the only Guardian Stalker who joins forces with Hyrule's forces rather than be under the control of Calamity Ganon, likely because it was modified and buried deep in the Forgotten Temple.

* AnimalMotif: Sidon has a strong [[ThreateningShark shark]] motif, [[ShapingYourAttacks conjuring sharks made of water]] in some of his attacks. His design also resembles a hammerhead shark.
* BladeOnAStick: Sidon dual wields them.

* BigBrotherInstinct: Inverted. Everything about his presence in the past is all to save his older sister from her untimely demise. His child self displays similar instincts as he tried to protect Mipha from an invading Moblin by charging at it with a trident.
