** Ironically, despite his entire character existing as an extended YouAreFat joke, Larger-Than-Usual Daryl [[https://www.housepetscomic.com/comic/2011/12/07/from-the-outside-in/ is perfectly thin and muscular in his first appearance]], same as the rest of the family.

Added example(s): Never My Fault to Keene's entry in the "The Milton Ferrets" folder.

Added DiffLines:

* NeverMyFault: In ''Temple Crashers 2'', after the portal opens to "the bad place" thanks to Breel's SwissArmyTears hitting the mana pool and thus allowing The Forgotten to abduct him, Keene immediately turns around and blames ''Tarot'' for everything when she tries to keep him from going after them and doing something rash, explicitly stating that "[he] now has to clean up the mess [she] caused.". [[JerkassHasAPoint While he's correct in pointing out that Tarot should've tried harder to explain exactly what consequences using magic to force equality onto the world would bring beyond them just being "very bad",]] he's conveniently leaving out the part where ''three'' people, one of them his ImpliedLoveInterest, tried to warn him about it, and he refused to listen to them and insisted on going through with his plan anyway, not to mention that the reason the portal opened in the first place was because he lashed out at Breel and broke his heart when he tried to stop him from using the mana.[[note]]And that's not even going into the fact that Keene ''knowingly and willingly'' endangered the lives of the pets of Babylon Gardens by starting the temple-crashing event under the guise of a "game" to make the winning team summon him at the mana pool [[DirtyCoward just so that he wouldn't have to brave the temple himself to get to it.]][[/note]] Tarot is understandably [[DisapprovingLook not amused]] at his refusal to take responsibility for his actions. [[DownplayedTrope Though Keene's time spent in "the bad place" as a slave does seem to make him somewhat realize his part in everything,]] as he tearfully apologizes to Breel for causing the whole mess once he finally finds him.

* PajamaCladHero: When his trap goes off in ''Temple Crashers 2'', he's teleported out of his bed and into the middle of a battle while still wearing his nightcap. This actually works to his advantage; The Temple grants powers to those inside based on their clothing. With the power of the nightcap, he's able to induce 'waking up', which teleports him back to bed.

* BilingualBonus: All of Sofia's lines are (mostly) accurate Arabian, and fan translations exist on [[https://housepetscomic.fandom.com/wiki/Sofia the wiki]].
* BilingualDialogue: Sofia only speaks Arabic, but is understood entirely by Thomas. Most likely, anyway; he seems to ignore her a lot, and she wonders at one point if he even ''can''.
* EarlyBirdCameo: Sofia is implied to have been [[https://www.housepetscomic.com/comic/2012/09/03/the-one-left-behind/ the camel Thomas first rode in Arabia]], meaning he would have brought her back to America to help continue the search.
* InsultingFromBehindTheLanguageBarrier: Sofia insults Thomas a few times in Arabic, including calling him Ja'far ibn Yahya.
* InterspeciesRomance: She falls for Thomas as soon as he turns camel, and the two are implied to get together while isolated with each other for company in the zoo.
* WomenAreWiser: Throughout ''Temple Crashers 2'', she's shown to be far more sensible than her human, male companion. She repeatedly tries to get him to call off the crashing, and drags him out during the temple collapse while he's still trying to undo the curse.

* BigFancyHouse: The Milton Estate they own is luxurious, with a swimming pool regularly filled with whatever strikes Keene's fancy at the time. It's said to have been the first part of Babylon Gardens built, after which the town was constructed around it.

* NobleWolf: Sabrina recruits Yellow Hat Daryl expecting him to act as the "warrior" in their expedition, but he responds that he's a total coward. He also ScreamsLikeALittleGirl when they're attacked by gargoyles inside the temple. In other words, he's not at all a SavageWolf.

* IdleRich: Other than Keene and eventually Lana, none of them seem to have actual jobs beyond what entertains their fancy at the moment, like Pit's radio station.

* OldMoney: The Milton fortune dates back to at least [[https://www.housepetscomic.com/comic/2010/11/05/and-were-hopping-were-hopping/ 1955]], when the mansion they live in was built. Every cent of it was passed down to the ferrets by Henry Milton when he died.

* RagsToRiches: The Miltons were going to be sent away in a cardboard box for free, living naturally as pets before they eventually inherited their owner's money.

* BeleagueredBenefactor: Comes with his CharacterDevelopment. Initially he throws away money at such length and ridiculousness that it quite literally drives Steward to [[spoiler: turn against him]], but after a while with Breel he seems to realize how much he's losing. To this end, one of his strategies to calm things down is to start demanding people at Wolf House get jobs so they don't spend his money quite so willy-nilly.

* SilverSpoonTroublemaker: By far the rowdiest and unbehaved of his siblings, if only because he's the most intelligent (Alongisde Lana) and still acts like a child. This annoys the [=K9PD=] in particular, who he's had multiple encounters with.
* SpoiledBrat: Tends to bitch and yell when he can't get his way. Steward actually takes advantage of this, provoking him at the beginning of '"Temple Crashers 2'' to further his own plans.

* ThievingMagpie: From her minimal screentime, she seems to work for anyone who can benefit her, usually committing theft or cons and aiding both Cory and Stewart in different arcs. Inverting this, she quickly realizes she's in over her head with the latter, but too late to back out.

* TyrannicalTownTycoon: Verges on it. Keene owns the town alongside his siblings, but is by far the most morally black character among them. He's depicted as buying out courts, tampering with the law, and running underhanded schemes to get his way whereas the others are just flashy. PlayedWith as he's not amoral or vicious, just short-sighted and greedy, has ultimately good intentions, and ends up bringing about a lot of good change. Those who have to live under him just find him nearly a bit too frustrating to give him credit for that.
