* CantCatchUp: At some point, Grove Street stopped buying guns from him due to them being too old and underpowered for their needs. The moment Ammunation opens their doors to CJ is the moment Emmet's is completely phased out.

As such, he constantly tries to impress them, doing anything to earn respect - up to and including ''intentionally racking up traffic violations to gain a prison sentence.''\\\

For one, CJ talks about the spot as it was Vagos hood where it actually belongs to the Ballas, and the user imagines it was a persecution level on foot where CJ had to follow Loc running against Freddy, but this was changed to a persecution level where both CJ and Loc have to follow Freddy on motorcycles. The original mission presents Loc as a wannabe who gets himself into trouble (which is consistent with his personality) while the final mission makes his wannabe status of a gangster something of an InformedAttribute.

* LaughablyEvil: So much to a point where he can't even be considered evil.

* EarlyBirdCameo: The player can already hear him on the radio, on all three skits of WCTR's "Area 53" segment, long before Tenpenny introduces Carl to him.
