Much like Nanomech, Reboot is an unusual form Ben has unlocked. In the case of Reboot, it was created by a digital virus from Vexus when she attempted to hack the Omnitrix. He is able to hack into machines to take control of them, create weapons and duplicates of himself, and turn invisible.

His English is relatively good in general, but not great, which is rather odd for a creature of his intelligence. * MultiArmedAndDangerous: He has four arms in his natural state, but can retract two to blend in.
* NighInvulnerability: In the words of his sample originator's creator, he's "practically indestructible".
* OverlyLongTongue: He has a tongue so long he can pick his nose with it.
* PintSizedPowerhouse: Tiny, but can lift three thousand times his own weight. However, that is the [[ExactWords literal]] [[TheLastStraw cap]].
* RetractableAppendages: His antennae, claws, back spines and extra arms.
* SuperDrowningSkills: Because his "[[SesquipedalianLoquaciousness molecular density is too great]]". It means he's like a piece of lead in water. He probably can't keep himself afloat without help.
* SuperSpeed: Although not one of his major powers, he is able to move much faster than a human can.
* TheUnintelligible: He speaks some kind of weird alien language, which is strange considering that the others... [[AliensSpeakingEnglish don't]]. It's called Tantalog, which is said to be a cross between native Hawaiian, Chinese and Chezcreekian, the last being an obscure language spoken by a minority of people in the rural parts of Chesterfield in North Derbyshire, England.

Strangely, Makoto admits that it's more modest in comparison to her old uniform.

* ArchEnemy: While several villains have been considered as major enemies to Ben Tennyson, Vilgax is by far the one considered as the most important and iconic. It runs in the family; before Ben, he considered Ben's grandfather Max his archenemy.
* BatmanCanBreatheInSpace: He has been shown to breathe in space.
* BeardOfEvil: His iconic tentacle beard.
* BigBadEnsemble: After escaping captivity, he has begun to form a, as he puts it, "cabal" with other villains to achieve their goals.
* {{Cthulhumanoid}}: It's worth noting that he's actually been mistaken for another Great Old One.
* TheDeterminator: No matter how many times he fails to get the Omnitrix, he is ''still'' trying to go after it

* GeniusBruiser: a ManipulativeBastard in a [[TheJuggernaut Juggernaut]]'s body.

Even his supposed "noble" qualities ring hollow, and he still has no qualms enslaving millions or wiping out whole dimensions to get what he wants.
* TheJuggernaut: This is especially prevalent in the original series, where he consistently dominates most fights through sheer strength and unrelenting brutality. Being sent away on a nuclear missile? No problem, he is back on business a few years later. Blown up inside his spaceship? WeCanRebuildHim. Trapped in a PhantomZone? He somehow gets out of it. Hurled in space? He ''still'' comes back like it was a walk in the park. [[spoiler:DemotedToDragon by an EldritchAbomination? He ''{{Out Gambit}}s [[DidYouJustScamCthulhu it]]''.]] Put into captivity in the Plumber's Megamax cell? Creating a plan to put a hit on himself and use it to escape. ''Nothing'' seems to stop him for long.
* LargeAndInCharge: He is around ''Humongousaur''-sized.
* MadeOfDiamond: He survived a point-blank ''nuclear explosion'', and that was ''before'' he got enhanced!
* MajorInjuryUnderreaction: He doesn't seem to care nor mind when his body is excessively damaged. Hell, the Original Series starts with him ''blown to smithereens''. His response? He just starts griping about the fact he doesn't have the Omnitrix. He's probably used to damage of this caliber, as the above trope implies.
* MotiveDecay: He's initially content with just getting the Omnitrix and killing Ben in whatever way pleases him, but due to how many defeats he's suffered from Ben, he slowly stops caring about the watch and after a while, only seems content with killing Ben to the point of trying to wipe him from the multiverse ''entirely''.
* OneManArmy: In the Original Series, Vilgax could go toe to toe with Ben (who is himself a OneManArmy) in a fight (and fling him around like a ragdoll). By the time of ''Alien Force'', Vilgax, even with his DiminishingVillainThreat, defeated the heroes of ten worlds and stole their powers. He was once seen easily destroying ''an entire spaceship'' of his own with zero effort.
* ReallySevenHundredYearsOld: Vilgax has been around since at least the 1700s, according to the ''Omniverse'' finale "A New Dawn".
* RedEyesTakeWarning: He is the main antagonist of the entire franchise and has red colored eyes.

During a mission for Sector Seven, she ended up falling through a Cauldron and ended up in the past [[spoiler:eventually revealed to be another timeline]]. She now lives with Ben in Bellwood, getting used to everything in it. She wields a pair of tonfa before getting upgraded to a pair of gauntlets that have elemental powers.

* ActionGirl: Par for the course in a FightingGame series, but Makoto is still a standout even in a a series like [[WorldOfBadass BlazBlue]];, she is more than willing to throw herself in harm's way to protect those she cares about, and has the skills to get herself out of trouble... most of the time.
* BadassAdorable: Awwww, look at those cute little ears and that big bushy tail. Make her angry, and [[OhCrap they'll probably be the last thing you'll ever see]] [[MegatonPunch before you're shot into the next zip code, fist class]].
* BareYourMidriff: Pretty much all of her outfits except her Plumber's Uniform bares her stomach.
* BerserkButton: Mocking her humanity and/or race will get you a sharp vocal retort in seconds (if not a well-placed hit on the jaw), no matter how well she can deflect other insults or taunts. Ben's car is one such casualty of her button pressed by Harangue.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Makoto is a silly, friendly, generally whimsical and energetic person, and also appears to be somewhat scatter-brained. However, she makes it clear to Tager, "If, for whatever reason. Noel Vermillion is harmed in any way, I will hunt down that person and make them pay... dearly." This is neither hyperbole nor limited to Noel - attack ''any'' of her friends and, unless you're one of them (hi, Carl), you are in for a world of pain. Let's not forget that her [[FinishingMove Astral Heat]] involves punching the opponent so hard it ''shatters the moon''.
* BigEater[=/=]HyperactiveMetabolism: Due to her Beastkin biology, Makoto tends to eat the most food out of anyone in the team. This has led to her causing the team to get banned from any buffet.
* BigSisterInstinct: Makoto makes it clear that hurting her friends is a bad idea. In contrast to her hyperactivity in battle, when said button is pressed, [[TranquilFury she suddenly gets very serious and quiet in contrast to her regularly ditzy and loud self]].
* BoisterousBruiser: A rare female example. She's loud, cheerful, excitable and hits like a bullet train.
* BoobsOfSteel: She has the largest bust of the team and freakishly strong thanks to her beastkin heritage providing inhuman strength. When her future self came back in time with Ben 10,000, they've gotten even bigger.
* BookDumb: While her physical abilities are outstandingly high, but she has no appreciation for studying.
* BoxingBattler: A number of her punches resemble boxing techniques.
* BrainyBrunette: DoubleSubverted. She's a brunette, yes, but she's BookDumb and can act rather wild... but her collection of {{street smart}}s serve her well as an intelligence officer.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: Squirrel ears in this case. Makoto's a [[{{Manchild}} kid in an adult's body]] and a (restrained) sexual deviant, but she's a talented and competent Intelligence officer and an equally skilled fighter.
* CatSmile: Shows from time to time, like in her Astral Heat when she's literally launching her opponent to the moon. Justified, since she's a squirrel beastkin.

* PluckyComicRelief: Makoto's presence lightens the mood in many a situation, which is why she makes good Gag Reel fodder. She can and will get serious when the situation demands it, however.
* PluckyGirl: If she can stand to rebuild a positive outlook on life in the wake of a lifetime of wall-to-wall FantasticRacism, you're going to need some heavy ordinance to break her down

* HateSink: Vilgax is one of Ben's toughest, imposing, and all-around powerful foes, but this hardly distracts that he's an utterly abominable sadistic monster with no real redeeming qualities. Among other crimes, he's razed entire innocent planets and has [[WouldHurtAChild tried to mutilate a 10 year old for his watch]], all while thinking [[ItsAllAboutMe he's entitled to all the power in the universe]]. Even his supposed "noble" qualities ring hollow, and he still has no qualms enslaving millions or wiping out whole dimensions to get what he wants.
* TheJuggernaut: This is especially prevalent in the original series, where he consistently dominates most fights through sheer strength and unrelenting brutality. Being sent away on a nuclear missile? No problem, he is back on business a few years later. Blown up inside his spaceship? WeCanRebuildHim. Trapped in a PhantomZone? He somehow gets out of it. Hurled in space? He ''still'' comes back like it was a walk in the park. [[spoiler:DemotedToDragon by an EldritchAbomination? He ''{{Out Gambit}}s [[DidYouJustScamCthulhu it]]''.]] Put into captivity in the Plumber's Megamax cell? Creating a plan to put a hit on himself and use it to escape. ''Nothing'' seems to stop him for long.
* LargeAndInCharge: He is around ''Humongousaur''-sized.
* MadeOfDiamond: He survived a point-blank ''nuclear explosion'', and that was ''before'' he got enhanced!
* MajorInjuryUnderreaction: He doesn't seem to care nor mind when his body is excessively damaged. Hell, the Original Series starts with him ''blown to smithereens''. His response? He just starts griping about the fact he doesn't have the Omnitrix. He's probably used to damage of this caliber, as the above trope implies.
* MotiveDecay: He's initially content with just getting the Omnitrix and killing Ben in whatever way pleases him, but due to how many defeats he's suffered from Ben, he slowly stops caring about the watch and after a while, only seems content with killing Ben to the point of trying to wipe him from the multiverse ''entirely''.
* OneManArmy: In the Original Series, Vilgax could go toe to toe with Ben (who is himself a OneManArmy) in a fight (and fling him around like a ragdoll). By the time of ''Alien Force'', Vilgax, even with his DiminishingVillainThreat, defeated the heroes of ten worlds and stole their powers. He was once seen easily destroying ''an entire spaceship'' of his own with zero effort.
* ReallySevenHundredYearsOld: Vilgax has been around since at least the 1700s, according to the ''Omniverse'' finale "A New Dawn".
* RedEyesTakeWarning: He is the main antagonist of the entire franchise and has red colored eyes.

* OverlyLongTongue: He has a tongue so long he can pick his nose with it.

* RetractableAppendages: His antennae, claws, back spines and extra arms.
* SuperDrowningSkills: Because his "[[SesquipedalianLoquaciousness molecular density is too great]]". It means he's like a piece of lead in water. He probably can't keep himself afloat without help.
