* InnocentlyInsensitive: A major factor in Locusta's madness is that, when Nero in life was nearing her end because of all the poisons her mother Agrippina forced onto her, she crafted ''Finis Venenum Nero'' to put Nero out of her misery painlessly -- a poison which Nero refused, taking her own life with a dagger instead and dying in agony as a result. It's only in Lilim Harlot that the Servant Locusta understands why Nero made this choice: her entire life had been ruled by poison, so she wanted her last moments to be different. Locusta kicks herself for not seeing something so obvious, especially when [[spoiler:it turns out her attempting to use ''Finis Venemum Nero'' on Draco was part of the event villain's plan.]]

* SituationalSword: She has a second Noble Phantasm, ''Finis Venenum Nero'', which is possibly the most perfect poison she's ever made. The catch? It's not a tool of murder, but her attempt to give Nero the most peaceful death possible, and as such it ''only'' works on Nero herself. That Nero refused to drink the original one and just took her own life with a dagger instead did not do any good to Locusta's sanity. [[spoiler:Giving it the suffering and suicidal Draco so she can finally pass away in peace is a good part of her motivation.]]
