* PracticalTaunt: Zinikr learns this skill naturally, and Leo can learn it through his growth map.

* WhiteMagicianGirl: Learns healing and holy magic, wields a staff, and is a sweet nature love and one of Leo's primary love interests.

* SoullessShell: Her body was recreated, but her soul was largely absent. She didn't even recognize herself, and sought to flee into the Void.

* GodIsEvil: Downplayed as even he doesn't consider himself to be a "true god" yet, and his godhood is dispute by other characters, but he's trying to kill everyone and create the world anew with him as its true god.

* RestartTheWorld: What Jas wants to accomplish after destroying it.

* DamagedSoul: When he CameBackWrong, he had this, no longer being emotionally responsive, but there is still some of him in there as he cries at the concern displayed for him by Valrika.

* CameBackWrong: Implied to have. Vam and Jas had sought to revive her using their one-of-a-kind resurrection machine. Unfortunately, her body was lost and only some of her energy remained. She appeared to have been revived, but was unresponsive. During their confrontation, Vam and Jas make no mention of her and she shows no signs of intervening; in addition, Leo's dad Bernard would later discover the resurrection machine damaged beyond repair.

* CainAndAbel: The Abel to Jas's Cain. He is the younger brother of Jas, but unbeknownst to him, Jas was the one behind the plot of Machine City trying to organize the whole universe into nothingness. Vam was trying to prevent this process by giving robots hearts and minds in Machine City. When Vam is defeated by the party, Jas appears and throws Vam into a wormhole.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: Is the most prevalent antagonist of Part 1, as he tries to attack the party, kidnaps Kina and Cheryl, and is causing the mechteria to spread in the human realm, but [[spoiler:Jas banishes him into the wormhole after the party defeats him, cementing his place as the true BigBad of the game]].
