[[spoiler: This can be an allusion to how yellow is associated with warning symbols, Chet may be charismatic but he's actually a horrible person in private as he abuses his wife, tries to convince Frank to cheat on Sue, and nearly crashes a plane with Frank still inside it out of sheer cruelty and pettiness. However, Chet wasn't the actual threat, Nguyen-Nguyen was because she hated Chet so much that she murdered him by poisoning his food. Fittingly, when Nguyen-Nguyen is caught poisoning Chet, she wears a red shirt instead of her yellow sweater vest.]]

The younger sister of Jimmy, whom Bill develops a romantic crush on. She turns out to be just as foulmouthed as her brother, and possibly even crazier.

* AdvertisedExtra: Sort of. His voice actor is credited as part of the main cast, where as Haley Reinhart is not (Even the writers have stated they don't know why this is). For this reason Wiki/TheOtherWiki and some other sources list Vic as a main character and Bill as a supporting character. This was corrected in Season 2, though.
