* BigBad: Undoubtedly. She's the reason for all of the problems that happened Lagendia, while in the shadows, and is the mastermind of poisoning her sister out of envy. Every problems that happened throughout the story are mostly linked to her.

* BigBadSlippage: At the start she's basically the DamselInDistress and being the LivingMacguffin to the player characters over the first half of the game. [[spoiler:But over the course of the main story, she later becomes go into full-on villainy after she becomes Rosalinde when she [[FaceHeelTurn betrays]] Velskud, becoming an apostle of the Dragon Cultist.]]

* BladeOnAStick: Her main weapons are either lances, or tridents.

* StoneWall: The cleric is tankier than most other classes, and becomes a full-blown tank if he goes Paladin. Even as a Priest, a good cleric will act as the party's tank if they need one and there's no actual tank. Taken UpToEleven as a Guardian.

* NoSell: The Mercenary's Lifesaver ability negates all damage for up to one minute when an affected character has a single hit point remaining, and his Iron Skin resists most debilitating StandardStatusEffects. Post-rework, Lifesaver gives him stacks which greatly increase his Strength, at cost of 35% of his max health.

* FrickinLaserBeams: The Ray Mechanic's skills specialize in shooting all sorts of lasers.

* AssKickingPose: The Sword Master's Hacking Stance. Murderous in [[PlayerVersusEnvironment PVE]]. In PVP [[AwesomeButImpractical everyone just keeps their distance]].
** It's still murderous in PvP if you're dumb or unlucky enough to get caught in it.

* HelloInsertNameHere: Although all the playable character classes have [[CanonName canonical names]] if they are encountered as NPCs in another player's quest chains, you can name them as anything.

He can become a [[{{Ninja}} Shinobi/Chaser]] (and later a Raven or Reaper/Ripper) or a [[YinYangBomb Taoist/Bringer]] (and later a Light Bringer/Light Fury or Abyss Walker).

Currently, she only has one class branch: the Lancer/Piercer, who can later specialize into either a Dragoon/Flurry or a Valkyrie/Sting Breezer.

* MightyGlacier: Many of her most powerful attacks require charging, but she's got the highest defense of any female character to make up for it.

She can only advance to Patrona, then eventually Ruina or Defensio.

* NoNameGiven: Except when you meet each of the other classes as an NPC when you aren't playing as them.

** BunnyGirl: ...or the player can customize her with bunny ears from the customization screen or by equipping an item.

** Flash Stance all but demolishes most mobs at a nice, safe distance with powerful SwordBeams that explode on contact with an enemy for splash damage. In case they're coming in a line there's also a function to shoot slower waves that pierce through multiple foes instead.

* OhCrap: She reacts this way when she discovers Argenta is around.

A powerful sorcerer who appears in seemingly unrelated quests at first. He eventually reveals himself to be [[spoiler:an Apostle of the Dragon Cultists, and the former sole male heir of the Astral Coven, who was banished for his power-hungry ambition. He's also Kasarana's older brother. During the events of Lotus Marsh, he attains his ultimate goal: to obtain the power of a dragon. He's the boss of Green Dragon Nest.]]

* AbusiveParents: Granted, it's likely that he genuinely wanted his son to be strong, but abandoning him on his own is ''very'' questionable.

[[spoiler:He and his wife Satila were captured by the Ancients, and was forced to watch her be subjected to all sorts of horrifying human experimentation, leaving her a very weak shell of her former self. The experience broke him so much that he left Ironwood Village in pursuit of true strength.]]
