He also happens to be the [[WardensAreEvil warden for the Prison for Squaries]] where those who are not round enough are subjected to [[MadeASlave slavery,]] starvation and physical abuse. [[spoiler: When he and his troops attempt to recapture Dot, [[FedToTheBeast they leave her at the mercy of Gorgo, with him explicitly hoping Gorgo eats her (Though only because he knows this would scupper the plan of Papa Drop who, by this time, has betrayed him)]], and [[NonMaliciousMonster when it is revealed that Gorgo only eats Dot's gag]] and is the pet of "The Party" (Roley in disguise), he then berates and orders his troops to capture both of them under the threat of being imprisoned by Papa Drop, and is even willing to ''sell them out'' just to save his own skin. It is near impossible for feel sorry for him when his own troops ditch him and join the side of "The Party", Dot and Gorgo to expose Papa Drop as a fraud and dethrone him.]]

* AttentionWhore: This may be the only reason why he holds rallies for his fellow Roundies in the first place (That, and possibly to keep his fellow Roundies in line as he is shown to be willing to imprison anyone who opposes him).

When Gorgo chases them off to stop them from recapturing Dot and Whyka, he orders them to come back, not even caring if Gorgo eats them but then Gorgo proceeds to only eat Dot's gag, much to the Roundy Sergeant's dismay and "The Party" arrives to rescue her, he orders his troops to capture them along with Gorgo, but instead his troops join Dot, "The Party" and Gorgo to confront Papa Drop.]]

** He and his troops take pleasure in bullying and persecuting those weaker than them such as the Squaries and Dot, but they are afraid of Gorgo, and Papa Drop, to an extent. For instance, when Dot pulls a HouseOfBrokenMirrors trick on him, which causes him to think he's a Squarey, he begs her not to tell anyone.
