A [[OurWerewolvesAreDifferent man-beast]] from a clan of similar individuals who sealed away their transformation ability in order to live alongside humans. Through rigorous training, he managed to regain such abilities. He heads to Dracula's castle to find the ones responsible for kidnapping his "sister" Ada, a survivor from a previous man-beast attack. After a confrontation with his jealous [[TheRival rival]], Ortega, he destroys Dracula and saves Ada, but at the cost of his alternate form. Cornell's childhood friend, Ortega is a fellow man-beast soldier and master of the martial arts. He is Cornell's best friend, but also rival. Ortega is often frustrated because it seems that whatever he does, Cornell does better.
