Bonus points for said leader being named after a famous Spanish conquistador.

* WorthyOpponent: Earns Rorke's respect, who clearly wants to capture and brainwash Logan into his ally. [[spoiler:Rorke finally succeeds in the final mission.]]

* TheAce: By far the best fighter out of all the series' villains. He might not have the raw power of Raul Menendez, but his special forces training makes him an extremely dangerous combatant who effectively counters your quicktime event attacks on multiple occasions.
