* Her Hypercharge, ''Teen Spirit'', creates [[DoppelgangerAttack a mini-Colette]] behind her whenever Colette uses her Super, dealing 1000 extra damage to enemy Brawlers and 5000 to special targets hit by it. She also gains 25% more damage, 30% more speed, and a 15% damage reduction shield.

* His Hypercharge, ''Dual Wielding'', increases the width of Colt's Super by 120%. He also gains 30% more damage, 30% more speed, and a 10% damage reduction shield.

* Her Super, ''[[BearsAreBadNews Overbearing]]'', summons Bruce, a big bear, to fight alongside with her and distract enemies. Bruce has the same max health as Nita and can deal a lot of damage if left unchecked, but is slow and has a very short range.

* MightyGlacier: Not Nita herself, but rather Bruce, the bear that her Super spawns. Its damage output is nothing to sneeze at, has just as much health as Nita, and with the maelstrom that is the world of Brawl Stars, Bruce should be taken out as soon as possible, lest it ambushes you while you are low on health. But its subpar movement speed allows long-ranged Brawlers to cheese it from a distance.

* Her Hypercharge, ''Pyrolytic'', leaves a burning area around Pearl's Super for 4.5 seconds, dealing extra damage to enemies caught on it. She also gains 20% more damage, 30% more speed, and a 20% damage reduction shield.

* Her Hypercharge, ''Double Barrel'', increases the area of Shelly's Super by 33%. She also gains 25% more damage, 25% more speed, and a 15% damage reduction shield.

* His Hypercharge, ''Blooming Season'', increases the area of Spike's Super by 20%. He also gains 20% more damage, 30% more speed, and a 20% damage reduction shield.

A Mythic Brawler, and part of the currently incomplete Starr Park Security trio along with [[Characters/BrawlStarsArtillery Larry & Lawrie]]. He's a robotic security guard in charge of maintaining order at Starr Park and hand out directions and information about every attraction in the area, although he seems to be a little ''[[SinisterSurveillance too good]]'' at keeping an eye on every Brawler.

* MeaningfulName: It's an arcade machine named [[UsefulNotes/The8bitEraOfConsoleVideoGames 8-Bit]].

* TheGambler: Her Misfortune skin changes her from having a mystical tarot card theme to having a playing card and poker chips one.

* SupportPartyMember: Despite being classified as a Damage Dealer, Tara possesses a lot of abilities that wouldn't be out of place in a Support Class Brawler. Her Super can be used defensively to save a companion from a considerable distance and let them confirm the kill, her ''Psychic Enhancer'' Gadget is an invaluable tool for detective invisible enemies that'd might threaten her teammates, and her ''Healing Shade'' Star Power basically functions as a mobile healing station for her and her allies.

* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: While there are a few other Brawlers whose Supers charge automatically (Darryl, Edgar), Chuck is the only one whose Super only takes 5 seconds to do so, and can get it back even faster without directly attacking the enemy if he happens to run over them. This means that Chuck can potentially spend the whole match using his Super much more than his main attack, a feat that only him and [[Characters/BrawlStarsAssassins Sam]] can naturally pull off.

* ShoutOut: While his Toon skin is a throwback to cartoons of TheNineties as a whole, it also appears to draw heavy inspiration from ''WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls'', possessing the girls' signature BigAnimeEyes, doing {{Ass Kicking Pose}}s that bring theirs to mind during his victory animation, and having {{Written Sound Effect}}s similarly to the show's pop up whenever he defeats an enemy with said skin.

* NonHumanNonBinary: Zigzagged and play with. Along with [[Characters/BrawlStarsArtillery Sprout]], 8-Bit is one of the two Brawlers in the game with no designated gender, simply being referred as "it" in its official description but the description for ''Cheat Cartridge'' and ''Plugged In'', promotional materials and the developers referring it with "he" produce.

** His Final Boss skin, which turns him into an InkblotCartoonStyle BigRedDevil, is most likely inspired by ''{{Videogame/Cuphead}}'', as the game features the Devil as its final boss.

* NightmareFetishist: His introduction and description explicitly state that he willingly quit his job as a music conductor to become the conductor of the ghost train, implying he likes the creepy nature of it.

** His Final Boss skin, which turns him into an InkblotCartoonStyle BigRedDevil, is most likely inspired by ''{{Videogame/Cuphead}}''.

* UndergroundMonkey: Nita (and Bruce too) has three color variations in her Gummybear skin: green, pink, and yellow. She will randomly change into any of them every time she respawns in a match.

* MasterOfNone: A non-upgraded Surge has low health, slow speed (with only 8-Bit being slower than him), and, while his damage potential is good, landing a hit against competent players may be a very tough task. [[MagikarpPower He gets better after one upgrade, though.]]

* MightyGlacier: A non-upgraded Surge has low speed, being only slightly above 8-Bit in terms of it. [[FragileSpeedster He gets better after one upgrade, though.]]

* DifficultButAwesome: To say Colt has a ''very'' high skill cap would be an understatement. Apart from possessing [[GlassCannon one of the lowest health pools]] in the game, Colt's main attack has one of the longest recharging times while also being one of the most difficult to aim; his bullets have a slight spread and take a whole second to fully unload, giving plenty of time to his enemies to move sideways, get hit by only one or two bullets, and destroy an ammo-depleted novice Colt on their own. Skilled veteran Colts, on the other hand, are often able to land their six shots easily via good aiming and predicting where their enemies are going to move, shredding the opposition to bits before they can even come close to the gunslinger.

* PrematurelyGreyHaired: Despite being a teenager, Colette has pure white hair.

* WickedHeartSymbol: Her main attack has Colette throwing hearts with happy faces at the enemy. If they connect, a big heart symbol will momentarily appear over the target's body; if they miss, the heart will fall onto the ground with a sad expression.
