Overlord Damaskinos is a powerful vampire elder who seeks out a truce with Blade in order to deal with the Reaper threat. It's clear from the outset however that his true intentions are far more sinister. Played by Creator/ThomasKretschmann.

The carrier of the deadly Reaper virus and immune to nearly all conventional vampire weapons except ultra-violet light. Nomak and those he has turned are a threat to the existence of vampires and humans alike. Played by Luke Goss.

Scud was saved by Blade from being torn apart by two vampires he thought were interested in a threesome. Afterwards he eventually took on the role left empty in Whistler's absence. Played by Creator/NormanReedus.

* FridgeHorror: The gene splicing that turned Nomak from a regular vampire into a super-powered Reaper also leave him in constant, agonizing pain. Now consider the movie also stresses that because regular vampires can regenerate most damage, they have a much higher pain threshold than humans - to the point that vampires are seen kissing and masturbating with ''razors''. So for Nomak, a vampire turned into a Reaper, to state that he is in ''unbearable agony'', he must be experiencing an almost unimaginable level of pain.
