The original Huntress was the daughter of Franchise/{{Batman}} and ComicBook/{{Catwoman}}, Helena Wayne. Part of the Earth-Two continuity, Helena donned the cape to avenge the death of her mother. She first appeared in ''"DC Super-Stars''" #17 (December, 1977), created by Paul Levitz and Joe Staton. She got several solo stories in TheSeventies and TheEighties and a back up feature in ''ComicBook/WonderWoman'' [[ComicBook/WonderWoman1942 Volume 1]], as well as having regular appearances alongside the ComicBook/JusticeSocietyOfAmerica and ComicBook/InfinityInc.
