* BadBoss: As is typical, Joker tends to severely punish underlings for no other reason than to amuse himself. One of his favorite pastimes is sending those who offend him into the sewers to be hunted by Killer Croc and Solomon Grundy. If they manage to escape, they’re welcomed back into the fold… but more likely than not they’ll be tossed right back in for breaking another rule Joker conveniently forgot to tell anyone.
* DesperatelyLookingForAPurposeInLife: As with many other incarnations of the Clown Prince of Crime, Joker places a lot of stock in his [[WorthyOpponent rivalry with Batman]], and the Caped Crusader’s disappearance has him frantically searching for ways to occupy his time and come to grips with what the future may bring.
* ForTheEvulz: At the moment, Joker has no longer objective at play other than to keep tedium at bay and stimulate himself with ever present conflict.
