After revealing herself as a time traveler to him while drunk, Edelgard warns him to stay away from Glenn/Kronya in hopes of sparing Jeralt from this fate and he soon becomes the group's connection to the knights’ intelligence and operations, and one of the few people Edelgard can trust in this world.
