* CharacterDevelopment: He grows to consider Player a friend, and becomes very possessive of him.

* EveryoneHasStandards: Despite liking Player, he's rather disturbed by the random IrrationalHatred he gains of Mr. Egg, and even questions it.

* MeaningfulName: He’s called Captain because he actually is a pilot.

* OnlySaneMan: Whenever Player is the Impostor, Engineer shows up to take over the role. He’s also ignored and disrespected even more than Player.

* TheSmartGuy: He’s generally the smartest guy in the player group, meaning he gets ignored by pretty much everyone.

The Gentleman's partner in the first two videos, Mr. Cheese is an idiot whose only method of speech is to announce “My name Mr. Cheese!”

* BewareTheSillyOnes: After becoming the Impostor, he murders the Gentleman for hitting him and then does the same to Goober for insulting him. [[spoiler:When he returns in episode 5, he uses a massive KansasCityShuffle to get revenge on Mr. Egg for replacing him.]]
