To a lesser extent Diana also cares for Cassie Sandsmark, whenever they meet.
** In the DarkerAndEdgier ComicBook/New52, Diana in her [[ComicBook/WonderWoman2011 solo series]] sets up a male colony on [[LadyLand Themyscira]] as a sign of progression, and comes to cherish her “brothers”. So later upon returning home to discover that conservative Amazons have butchered the men, Diana goes on a massive UnstoppableRage and takes bloody revenge on those responsible for their massacre.
* Billy Batson aka [[ComicBook/{{Shazam}} Captain Marvel]] loves his little sister Mary dearly as well his younger friend Freddy (whose his adoptive brother in later continuity) and unleash lightning powered butt whooping to Dr Sivania, Black Adam or anyone stupid enough to hurt or threatened them.
