* Even with the film's faults and all, Veruca's father having enough of his daughter's tantrums after he escapes the furnace along with Veruca and Jerry, standing up for himself with an implication of him planning to punish his bratty daughter while dragging her by the ear is worth it.
* Tuffy reciting the poem in the infamous boat scene. The fact that they kept it in, uncensored, and had it border on being creepier than the original is just amazing.
