Rowd is practically gloating about how he'll be greatly rewarded for bringing down the two "traitors" to Highland as they're beaten and preparing to be hanged in the background. As he's doing so, he looks at the sunset and tells them how it'll be their last sunset but it's just another sunset to him... and that's when Flik and Viktor [[BigDamnHeroes jump into the fray, having killed all the soldiers in Rowd's convoy, cut the ropes around Riou's and Jowy's necks and cut their binds as well.]] Even though Rowd gets away, his StunnedSilence is worth it for all of the crap he's put our heroes through!
