** Jara is already famous among Starfleet as having passed a punishing, nearly impossible Torvallin Test in third place out of the entire Academy's hitory.
* Jara can do this by standing up for the Hotari by proclaiming they deserve to be able to resist the Alydians and that Starfleet shouldn't care about the lost dilithium this represents. She can do this to Spock and the captain, the entire diplomatic conference, and the Alydian representative themselves.
* Jara leads Tylas on a two-woman commando raid down into the mines of Hotari's moon to find out what's going on. Jara Solid Snaking her way past numerous guards and fooling sensors is impressive enough but remember that Tylas is just a diplomat.
** Their escape includes a firefight, hijijacking mining equipment, and then plunging it over the side of a cliff into a tractor beam. Then exploding a bunch of unstable ore to make a signal for the ''Resolute'' to pick up.
