* Big Bob's HeelFaceTurn. Even though it was motivated solely by greed, watching him go completely ballistic and beat the living snot out of [[spoiler:Vermicelli]] is quite cathartic. Bob may have lost the first fight, but at the end of the movie, he corners the sniveling weasel and knocks him out with a final blow.
* Helga finally confessing her true feelings to Arnold after spending so many years hiding them under a mask of hatred. Sure [[spoiler:she takes it back after Scheck is arrested]], but that doesn't make it any less awesome.
* Arnold's Grandma is so determined to keep her home that she keeps breaking out of jail to do so. Her crowning moment comes at the climax of the film [[spoiler:when she hijacks one of the bulldozers and uses it to destroy all the other ones, and she also sneakily stripped the wheels off of Scheck's car to stop him from escaping.]] NeverMessWithGranny indeed.
