* While it's undercut a bit by the comedy, Vault 4's judgement of Lucy for assault is oddly awe inspiring. They are fully aware of how terrible the world is, and yet in judgement, giving her exile that they treat as a death sentence, they are still generous enough to provide supplies, not out of naivety, but genuine kindness. It's awesome in a completely different way than the over the top violence.

He's able to fight most of them off with a wrench and a toilet seat, and just when it seems like the thugs are getting the upper hand he activates one of the armor's hands and crushes a goon's head like an overripe melon, causing the last man standing to flee in terror.

*Thaddeus has a surprising moment of skill when he fights Maximus, fully adorned in power armor. Not only does he manage to outmaneuver the man while already prone, but also continue fighting after getting his foot crushed so bad it has bones sticking out. And then he walks on it for miles. Not bad for someone who was so far just comic relief.
