What ends up happening is Romio begins by discussing the laws and rules of the academy, leading up to an ArmorPiercingQuestion about if the houses despise each other on free will, and by extension if people are really thinking for themselves. He ends by asking for the student body to begin deciding for themselves about what is right or wrong to write their own rules and not blindly follow. He's met with roaring applause from both sides.
